If you're looking for a company for any home repair or renovation, look no further. Cody, Fay and the A1 Team are outstanding. They're very personable and professional. We used them (again) for a major renovation of our living room and loft, including removing a popcorn ceiling 22 ft high and encasing the beams, new flooring and paint. We are so overjoyed with feeling of delight and happiness for completing our dream kitchen project. We are thankful to Cody, Kolton, Fay and rest of the A-1 Home Repair crew for work tirelessly to finish the project under 3 weeks though it was scheduled for 4 weeks. The team was very accommodating, communicating any subtleties needed for the project to make it very aesthetic without compromising the workmanship. Just some feedback. We will not be using these guys again. We felt the rates were a bit high, literally almost $200/hr labor only on the grout for 1 person. I attached pics, but he left some areas with grout up the block wall that does not have a baseboard, I realized I was in a little bit of a hurry, but it was 3 hrs, 730-1030. I paid of course because I was under the gun and had to get it done, but I feel at this point I was taken advantage of due to my situation. Now I still have to get cleaning and sealing done, I got a quote for only $400 for 800 sq feet. This market really is taking advantage of people. Sad thing is that I'm a real estate agent and get asked for referrals all the time. So far all the staff / guys have been nice enough, but I kind of expected a little better job for $600. Maybe two guys 1 to grout, 1 to clean up the area like all the wall of my block, but seriously, labor only? 3 hours, $600??? I measured the area and was actually only 183 sq feet More...

They were the first company I called and when I spoke to Fay to schedule an estimate - she was amazing to talk to. I felt so comfortable with this company even before they started the job. They don't waste any time either cuz they started it the next day which was shocking. I sent in pics of what needs to get fixed and there was no need for an estimate. These guys did an AMAZING JOB! They are so understanding and Fay updated me every step of the way. She takes the time to actually genuinely care about her customers as if we were family. We had a walk in shower that was leaking for quite some time. Â I first thought is was a plumbing issue but later determined the shower pan had holes which caused the damage. Â Called A-1 Home Repair and Cody came out and gave me an initial estimate. Â After tearing out part of the shower, it was determined the glass block was was causing most of the leaking problem. Â After discussing our options with Cody, we decided to just have a solid wall. Â Cody's team did an excellent job. Â They were very mindful of our house putting down paper over the floors and always cleaning up at the end of the day. Â They were courteous and punctual. Our Project was to remove carpet and install matching tile like the rest of the house. I called three different companies for a quote. Cody was the most prompt in responding and was able to give a reasonable estimate and ETA within hours. His crew, Jesus, Adrian and Caesar were prompt every day during the project. All great workers. They were professional, friendly, always cleaned up as they went along and at the end of every day. Cody stopped to check on the project.
