I had the pleasure of working with (being coached by) Sanil regarding some old limiting beliefs that were getting in the way of achieving my professional goals and objectives. He facilitated my use of a couple of exercises that were designed to identify the limiting beliefs, recognize their usefulness in the past, then let the old limiting beliefs fall by the way-side to be replace by positive beliefs that are better aligned with my goals and objectives. I found Sanil’s approach to coaching to be a wonderful balance of empathy and pragmatism – which aligned with my personality perfectly. What do you love most about your job?
As a Certified Professional Coach, I get to dedicate the rest of my life to helping individuals be more effective in life and work. I am determined to make a positive change in a lot of lives and through this job, I hope to use to reach those individuals who are looking to lead fulfilling lives. The ability to be impactful in every conversation I have with my client is the most inspiring part of my job.
What inspired you to start your own business?
During my two decades as a technology leader, I realized that helping people enjoy their wellbeing was such an important part of helping them succeed. Hence, with the goal in mind to spread wellbeing, I started 99minds.
