We were so lucky to find 900 Degreez out behind the Orange County Convention Center during the 2018 International Builders' Show. The truck was awesome, the wood-fired brick oven inside a shipping container was impressive, and the pizza came out made to order, with crispy crust and gooey cheese, just a couple of minutes after we ordered. As a native Chicagoan...I had given up on finding decent pizza in Orlando, but decided to try them anyway. Have to say.. .it was good. Crust was awesome...sausage wasn't greasy or too salty.
