We had a confirmed appointment - which I made 4 days in advance.He was responsive in the beginning of the process, and I was not in an immediate hurry for install. But on install day- he was a no show, no contact, and was not picking up any phone calls. I called the number he gave me via email, which was different from the number on his website and yelp. I left voice messages on both. I emailed him. I apologize if an emergency came up or something horrible happened to him for being so negative, I just at this moment don't understand the lack of ability to let me know why he was a no show. Joel was fantastic. We recently moved into our new home, where the builder was contracted with another local security/smart home company. Although they did an ok service, the company was extremely expensive for the services offered. Ultimately, we decided to use Google camera products. While these are very user friendly for indoor setup, we needed assistance for the outdoor setup (running lines into our attic). I found 8512 solutions on another app, however, as always checked his Yelp rating before reaching out. I contacted Joel late Friday night, he responded early morning on Saturday, and at our house by Sunday at noon. We decided to have Joel do an outdoor camera as well as a floodlight/camera combo. We had purchased all of our equipment prior to Joel's arrival. Joel was patient with us as we found the best place to hang the cameras. He was very diligent and paid care attention to ensure that he left the work are tidy. We had a few technical difficulties, so the install did run an hour over our scheduled time but Joel kept to his original quote. Of course he did not have to do this, but it was definitely well received. We will use Joel at 8512 Solutions again, and highly recommend their services! More...

8512 Solutions did a phenomenal job for me! That is why I have used them multiple times and will be calling them again soon! We had them install a huge theater screen and some speakers in the Media room and since that went well we had them do the same in the living room, 3bedrooms and game room. The technician was very prompt, polite and professional. They were very neat and meticulous. They were respectful and were good about cleaning up after themselves. Joel was great throughout the entire process. He responded quickly with pricing and details on the service. The price he quoted included mounts for the tv's, so there were no surprises. He helped figure out placements, and got them installed quickly. He showed me how it all worked, and made sure I was comfortable with everything. Joel set up our ring alarm system and did an excellent job.  Our home was already wired for a different security system, so he also installed the ring retro kit so we could use our existing sensors, in addition to both wired and battery powered cameras, ring doorbell and ring sensors throughout the house.  Afterwards, he spent time giving us a tutorial of how to use everything too.   Highly recommend. I contacted 8512 Solutions to mount an 82" television over my fireplace. They responded right away and were ready to install the following day! Had the fireplace been ready, we would of confirmed. He was the first to respond to my inquiries on Yelp, and his quote for the flat screen mount I needed was the best one.
