Amazing food. All locally sourced and made in house including catsup/ketchup and breads. I have never had anything bad here and my wife and I agree the burger was in the top 3 ALL TIME for us (including craigie on main). Don't understand the negative reviews. Food was good. Beers are good but I think they are rushing them a bit. Beers are a bit green and cloudy but otherwise quality brews. The Russian imperial Stout is the smoothest I have ever had! The brown deserves recognition too. IPA's are not overpowered and could be an all night drinker. Food was good and service was good too. What’s your signature dish?
We specialize in local farm fare. This includes whole animal roasts, BBQ buffets, and fine plated dinners. We create everything from scratch and can easily customize special menus. We use primarily local ingredients and incorporate seasonal components with most of our dishes. From quick serve Food Truck to full table side service, we are flexible with any budget and service level.
We also hold an off premise liquor license and can offer fully insured and trained bar services.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We'll start with what you're looking for, the style, level of service and initial menu ideas. Using this as a jumping point, we can then create a couple of initial proposals with billing outlines and different options with packages and custom items.
Menu and event planning are a flexible process. It think it's important to work together and communicate as details of each event evolve and new ideas come to play.
What do you love most about your job?
I think we deliver something really special at 7th Catering and 7th Settlement Brewery. It's wonderful to work with our community and bring people together in the most delicious way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
7th Settlement Brewery was created as a place to support our community. Not just with great food and beer, but also through local enrichment and insulation good for ground and town. With a mission to aggressively seek to cross the paths of farmers, brewers and culinarians – the brightest people and ideas., it jsut made sense to continue the service through catering.

NH registered liquor license allows us to provide full bar services on public or business property. We are full licensed and insured with trained, TIPS certified bar tenders.
We are also partnered with 7th Settlement Brewery and offer kegs and keg services.
Full Service Catering
From setting the tables to blowing out the candles, our trained experienced waitstaff and bar tenders take care of every detail. Using our food truck as a mobile kitchen, we make sure every bite is hot and fresh at any location. We make sure you can relax and enjoy your event and our delicious food.
