I contacted 777 Cleaning and Home Improvement for a complete master bathroom and kitchen demolition redesign. I received several estimates from other contractors but 777 Cleaning and Home Improvement was the most reasonable and affordable for the budget I was working with for my project. My experience with 777 Cleaning and Home Improvement was excellent from the original design I had in my home. The owner of this company Mr. Dean Thomas is very professional, during the implementation and design of the master bathroom and kitchen, Mr. Thomas communication was very effective, meaning he stated all the things I told him that I wanted to be done in the contact. We met and created a schedule, he assigned a Project Manager to the job. He communicate with me on a daily basis to keep me up-to-date on the progress of the work. They clean up every day after they are finish working, leaving no mess around. They were organized, trustworthy and very professional and skilled in they trade. My kitchen and master bathroom came out beautiful, the design of the kitchen included new cabinets, tile backsplash, granite counter top. The master bathroom included tiling, cabinets and all the bathroom essentials. The projects came out looking beautiful, I would recommend 777 Cleaning and Home Improvement to anyone who is looking to redesign and other home improvement projects. Our house had received extensive water damage in the basement after one of our water pipes broke. After the plumber fixed the pipe, we had Deon inspect the mold and water damage and perform restoration services. He assessed the damage with his meters and equipment and spent a good 30 minutes going over with us in detail what needs to be done in order to mitigate the damage. His work far exceeded my exceptions and my basement is now completely restored. He's professional, personable, honest, and knowledgeable. He gave us lots of helpful information and advice. He works hard and really cares about doing an outstanding job. His rates are very reasonable for the quality of service he provides. We highly recommend 777 Cleaners if you are in need of carpet cleaning services. We have a rental apartment complex and contacted 777 Cleaners to give us a consultation as to whether we should clean our existing carpets or just have them replaced. He was confident that a cleaning with his equipment would make the wall to wall carpet look appealing to our current tenants and potential renters. Well it not only looked appealing it looked almost like new again and we saved money by not purchasing new carpeting.
