I’m the owner of a publishing and entertainment network company.
We have an online radio station where we broadcast 24/7.

What challenge were you trying to address with 76 Design Solutions?
We were looking for qualified help to help us with web maintenance and design. We had a platform that I designed in 2004, but we needed a comprehensive website with many pages.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
76 Design Solutions has designed our WordPress website from scratch. They’ve updated and redesigned it. Our main requirement is being able to interact with listeners to have people visiting the website. Additionally, they’re working on SEO and marketing. We’re currently working on backlinks, Google Ads, and ClickBank.
What is the team composition?
We only work with Joe (Website Developer & IT Engineer).

We serendipitously met Joe.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in July 2022, and our relationship is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve seen our analytics improve; our hits per page have increased by about 15%–20% so far. However, we’re still working on it, so we’re still looking to have a substantial improvement.
How did 76 Design Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
We communicate through texts, phone calls, and personal meetings.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They’re adept and dedicated to getting the project done.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I wish we had more money so we could hire them full-time.

What makes a great website?
We make sure that the website provides a clear and concise purpose. The design should be focused on the targeted audience and should appeal to their needs. Navigation should be easy and fast so that your clients or visitors can easily find what they are looking for. Styling for the website should reflect what the company is representing but also have a clean feel. People like high quality and crisp images, it adds to the "feel" of the website. Fonts should be clean and crisp so that it's easy to read. The messaging should also be simple but effective, the words should flow so that the visitor has good understanding of who you are and what you offer. The performance of the website should be responsive as your visitors like to remain engaged. Call to action pages should be effective and clean, but also keep the momentum going from the landing page. Many visitors use mobile first as the mobile device is easier and faster to search from, so the website design is mobile first. The overall website should feel trustworthy and convey a trusted brand.
