I completed Mel’s Stronger Than Ever program a few weeks ago and it was amazing! For someone who was always cardio heavy and never participated in weight training, this program was the perfect introduction for me. It was challenging, but doable. I loved that it fit into my own schedule and it wasn’t intimidating like a lot of programs out there can be. This one felt like it was written for a beginner. It gave me some confidence that I could do it before I actually even started it. Past programs would expect you to already know how to do every exercise and be seasoned at them. Which makes sense why they never worked me. I could also see how this program would be beneficial for someone at any level of experience! Even if you just needed a mix up in your routine! It’s not repetitive, but routine enough to feel your body getting stronger! I was truly amazed by the end at how much stronger I felt. I would finish the workouts feeling like I accomplished something. And I did! Not only was I gaining strength, but I was sticking to a routine and being accountable. Melanie is the best! She’s helping me achieve my goals that I’ve been trying to achieve for years! In 2 moths I’m up 6.2 lbs in muscle mass and down 6. 6 in body fat. She monitors me on the pt app. and I workout independently. Can’t wait to see what the next 2 months progress is. More...

I really enjoyed working with Mel through her e-coaching program. I appreciate that Mel took the time to understand my goals, challenges, and interests when developing my customized exercise and nutrition plans. Her weekly feedback was also valuable to me, as she held me accountable but also didn't let me get bogged down by minor setbacks. Mel was realistic and provided me with concrete examples of how some of my nutrition habits were contributing to my frustrations. I am pleased with my results in terms of my improved strength, nutrition, and mindset. I am grateful for Mel's advice, expertise, support, and encouragement through this journey. What I like best about Mel is that she is authentic and sincere, and doesn't need to be something's she not, in an industry that can be (let's face it) incredibly shallow. Mel wants the best for her clients and is incredibly knowledgable about nutrition and fitness. Because she trains out of her studio, she can provide a private, comfortable atmosphere for anyone. I start training with Mel over two years ago. I had been athletic and involved in competitive sports most of my life, but never serious about training. As a new father and business owner, Mel helped address my goals and develop a plan that worked around my schedule. I've been working with Mel since she started her business. What I like most is her positive approach. She never asks what I did wrong this week, it's always "what do you feel good about? " She is so simplistic, so practical, and extremely inspirational. She leads by example and I always think, "if I could just be more like her..." Mel is a top notch trainer. She has a very well rounded approach to fitness. She took time to discuss my fitness goals and help me be realistic about what it takes to get there. She counseled me on diet and exercise and took me through challenging workouts designed just for me. On days were I felt bad about not achieving what I should, she encouraged and inspired me to do better. I definitely saw improvement in my endurance and strength. I'm so glad to have found Mel on Facebook. I always like her posts and decided to give the training a try and am so happy I did. The workouts and having someone to check in with to help hold myself accountable has worked great for me. But I'd say the best part is Mel always meets you where you're at on your journey to health and never makes you feel judged! She motivates and educates without making you feel like you have to deprive yourself. I've lost a little weight and I feel the habits that I'm developing will stay with me rather than just going on some diet that would eventually end at some point and lead me back to where I started. Mel was great at getting me to streamline my goals and realize what I actually wanted to get out of my life.
