What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We undertake the following steps in analyzing a project:
-Comprehensive Requirements gathering
-Situation analysis (Budget, time frame, launch date etc.)
Based on the above, we provide our work flow and estimates on time and cost involved.
Describe your creative process.
Once a project comes in, Our Design lead chooses the resources to be engaged in any particular project and reviews complete project requirements and the approach with the team before a project is initiated. When the Design team completes their work, it is reviewed by the QA team (Quality Assurance) to ensure the work is carried out as per stated requirements and professional standards, before sending update to the client.
As part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, we allow unlimited rounds of revisions in the design phase so our clients can choose only the best design for their project. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, we will collaborate with you and keep on revising until you are happy to approve.
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We require complete project brief before we can initiate work on any project. We will send out a brief form inquiring details of the requirements.

What inspired you to start your own business?
My ex-boss's chair. It was large and really comfy with a massager in it. I wanted that. :)
