What do you love most about your job?
Firstly, I'm passionate about what I do and I believe I was born with what it takes to do what I've done for the last 26+ years. It brings me great pleasure to be able to allow our employees the opportunity to work of a good solid security business like ours. Offering our employees continuous education and watching as they grow. It also makes me proud that every employee is proud to work for 5 Star Security Services. Knowing that we have hired someone who will be able to provide for their family also brings me great joy and of course keeping all our clients safe and satisfied.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in the security industry for over 26 years on almost every level. I always looked at how my coworkers and I were treated and how we were compensated, I looked at what we liked and what we disliked. It got to the point where I wanted to offer people career opportunities to be able to provide for their families doing what they enjoy and at the same time empowering them with continuous education to help them grow and improve. An educated employee is a confident employee, A confident employee is one who makes good decisions which is noticed by the client, the client respects the employee and it comes full circle back to the company. It's a win win for us all.

We run our business on small business principals, we are not a big corporate company, we are more hands on and available 24/7 to help our clients where needed.
