Wow, from day 1 Mr. Hawkins was very caring and understanding toward our concerns and needs. I was ecstatically happy when he immediately, instantly gaged what was happening without having to give up so much information. Mr. Hawkins took his time and no pressure or rush. Mr. Hawkins made me feel very welcome and free to express and allowing me to be who I am as a person, no judging. If he saw a need, he would address the matter with you first to ensure you are ok in moving forward. Felton is absolutely fantastic. He has helped me in many different ways through our counseling. He is very good about getting you to look at your situation and think about it in a different way. My approach to getting help from a professional came with a healthy does of skepticism. I’ve always dealt with my issues on my own, and would often figure out a way to move forward. In the past recent years I dealt with trauma I could not process, and came to the realization that I cannot get past it on my own. Working with Felton has been a very eye opening experience. I was someone who was feeling down and angry mostly at myself and I decided to reach out to bark and within literally minutes i received a phone call from Felton. Instantly we were able to set up a time to meet and he took me into a different world of counceling and life coaching. He introduced me to writing and meditation which i have never done and came up with a game plan for me to become a less angry frustrated person.
