Wolf Appliance Repair Professionals Westlake was dispatched by 5 Star Appliance Repair and this company is dishonest at best. They require a $95 upfront payment for an estimate. Ok, I'm cool with that, pay for their time. What I'm not ok with is the quote for fixing my oven. They quoted me $1300 for a thermostat and $720 for a bake igniter. This all came with the caveat that OEM parts are expensive. Guess what? I called Wolf, which is actually Sub-Zero and they gave me the number for west coast parts (888) 833-0306 which is an authorized Sub-Zero OEM parts distributer. They are shipping me both parts for $91 and $62 respectively. I have no problem paying a mark-up and labor, but this was crazy. After a little digging I found these Facebook reviews.
