I have been working with Tommie for the last 4 years. Tommie was successful in rehabilitating my hips after a runner’s injury and since then has been instrumental in the upkeeping of my physical health. I’ve been a client with 3T for nearly 3 years. I like the style in that they customize the workout to your fitness goals. I’ve gradually lost 12 pounds which got replaced with muscle and nice toned definition . I’m stronger now and feel so much healthier! It is interesting this history that began near 13 years ago. I’m a person who I am not easy to relate to people. But with Tommy was easy to feel comfortable. Some days ago another trainer that I know a lot of time ago too and he is excellent trainer too wrote me and asked me if I want to train with him if I was still be in the area. And you know I keep choosing Tommy. He still year after year gets my adrenaline high before training. I train three days a week two of these days at 5:40 AM and I must wake up at 4:45 AM to be ready. Constancy, persevation, discipline,,,,,, He helps me to live happy, in a good mood, psychology and physically healthy. He helps me to try to keep my weight. And I try to eat each day healthier.
