Yum, yum and yum again!  Seafood on a food truck, hmmmmm?  It was wonderful.  I had a shrimp po'boy and also an order of clam strips with fries.  Of course all fried and not too healthy, but well worth the diversion to fried heaven.The po'boy was delicious, lots of shrimp and dressed just right.  Unfortunately there's never the bread/bun you'd find in New Orleans but this is a suitable second choice.  The sandwich is large and very satisfying.I couldn't keep my dining companion from grabbing the clam strips and he doesn't even care for them.  But these were really good.  Lots of them too.The fries were good, just ordinary.I would go back and order other things from this truck.  DELICIOUS! I grew up eating fried clams. 3 Geeks has the best fried clams I've ever had. Amazing texture, couldn't tell where the breading stopped and the clam started. The french fries that came with it were very good also, with a slightly spicy seasoning. Great meal. The only star was taken away because the cocktail sauce was bland. Tried 3 Geeks when Off the Grid had set up the food trucks at the Pleasanton mall. We had a Philly Cheesesteak and Clam Strips. Clam strips were on point and wouldn't change a thing.  The cheesesteak was excellent. Authentic cheese just like in Philly. Our only complaint was the soda and waters weren't kept cold. My coworker and I decided to try this place out today - we work at Bishop Ranch and luckily get a mix of food trucks during the week. I decided on popcorn shrimp & chips (which are cajun fries). Came out relatively fast even with the long line of people waiting which is great when you're trying to rush back to work. The shrimp & chips come with "fresh veggies" according to their menu which I guess consists of two pieces of baby carrots, which made me laugh. Just keep the carrots at that point lol. Also, my co-worker got a lemon wedge and I didn't. The shrimp was good, perfectly crunchy and the fries had a nice kick to them. The cocktail and tartar sauce were both really good. Had a good experience. My friend had the fish sandwich, which was OK. I had the cheesesteak, which really hit the spot. I'm not sure whether this was an "authentic" cheesesteak but it was delicious. My mom and I had bought tickets to watch a movie at century 16 and we had time to kill and we were hungry. Luckily the 3 Geeks food truck was in a parking lot across the street from the movies so we decided to eat there. We ordered 2 cheesesteaks,2 waters and fries for $26. Cheesesteaks and fried seafood seem like such an odd pairing.  I like both but don't usually consider them related.  However, this truck accomplishes both very well and I found that I do actually enjoy a surf & turf food truck lunch. Philly Cheesesteak: Shocking really good.  Maybe it had to do with the fact that they were very generous with the Cheez Whiz.  The hoagie roll was also nice and chewy.  I was worried that the veggies might dilute the experience, but it all worked together nicely.  I think the mayo worked into the meat/veggie mix really helped add to its richness.  Not 100% Philly authentic, but very tasty.Bacon Popcorn Shrimp: Why have a side of fries when you can have a side of shrimp!  These were very cool.  Smothered in cocktail sauce and tartar sauce then topped with tons of bacon pieces.  The first few bites were amazing.  Then it felt a bit too rich when paired with the already fat-laden cheesesteak.  Plus the crunchy shrimp become a bit soggy after being under the sauce for a bit.  Best to share with a friend and eat before your sandwich. I tried this food truck at Off the Grid in Hayward tonight. To be honest, I went to this truck because the line for another truck was too long. I was pleasantly surprised. Service was fast and friendly.I ordered the chicken philly w/no bread and a side of fries. It was served nice and hot. But I ended up eating it a few hours later. Still tasted delicious! Chicken was decent..not dry. Seasoned nicely. Not salty. It was on a bed of lettuce & fresh tomato which was a nice surprise. Try the remoulade from the condiments bar. The truck showed up on Food Truck day in San Ramon, so I decided to try it. I opted for the Fish PoBoy. It was delicious! The fish was tender and fresh-tasting, with a very light coating that was not at all greasy . It had tartar sauce and lettuce, on a nice soft roll. I tried the fish and chips at moveable feast last night in Willow Glen. I know some reviews mentioned a small portion of fish but personally mine was pretty good! One of my friends even commented on the large pieces. I wish I had taken a picture, but it was freezing so I forgot. The fries that came with it were nicely seasoned as well. I am pretty sure it was tilapia, not cod used, so I was a bit disappointed, but overall I would recommend. People working the truck were super nice as well. More...

Tried these guys out for the first time, while at  Off The Grid in Palo Alto tonight.There is a variety of fried seafoods and "Philly" cheesesteaks, which I found odd for a moment but then it dawned on me that this is ideal truck food. We don't have good Philly Cheesesteaks in this rea, I've tried but have been unsatisfied wit everything I've sampled from Sf to SJ. Having grown up on the East Coast and had authentic Philly Cheesesteaks. what we have here are pale imitations.This truck definitely is one step better than average as their flavor profile is rather decent. Te chicken cheesesteak included onions cheese and mushrooms as best as I could tell, on an oversized mushy soft roll. Philly Cheesesteaks are traditionally served on very soft rolls but these seemed to be like those tasteless supermarket rolls you pick up by the half dozen on sale at the supermarket. They work but there is nothing special about them.The downslide is that the cheesesteak here is skimpy, there is very little chicken in the chicken cheesesteak, they do include all the toppings but there is so little chicken that its hard to make out the chicken flavor. That said, the flavor profile is actually good.The authentic cheesesteaks I have had all included double to triple the amount of meat on them, making the meat flavor the rodomgnant flavor and which makes sense because I but he sandwich for the protein, its not worth to for the bread with some onions on it.The staff is friendly but the service is slow. Considering thiat I saw three people on the truck, I just don't see any reason for why it soul be that slow.3Geeks is good enough for yo to check out and we will definite be trying everything on their menu each time they come back. It was the most beautiful thing I have ever experienced. In fact,  I spent an hour gazing into the beauty that is the chicken cheesesteak before devouring it's contents. To keep it short and sweet, the menu isn't too extensive, but the cheese steak comes with three different cheese options and plenty of toppings to choose from and was very tasty, probably the best food truck cheese steak I've ever had. The shrimp po boy was also delicious and the amount of shrimp given is very generous. Fried seafoods and cheesesteaks? Kind of a weird combo for a truck but I do like both things. I decided I was on a seafood kick so I asked for a combo plate of the prawns, popcorn shrimp, clams and fish. All solid. A lot of folks fry things but few know how to do it properly. Everything came out just right without the excess grease. I think the clams may have been a bit thick on the batter but everything else was right. the folks working the truck that day were also super nice. One of the absolute best Cheese steak sandwiches ive ever had!!! It was so fresh! I had reservations about eatimg from the truck. But the owner was super nice and it was outside my work so I went for it. I even saw the inside of the truck and it was super clean!!! Highly recommended! I just saw this truck off el camino sunnyvale.So i pulled up Its a seafood truckSo i got fish po boySandwich it self was skimpyTwo small fish pattys in a more like hot dog bunThe fish was fresh tho but the sandwich i mean its not worth the price for $8 unless it was double pattys or more fish the owner was nice therefore am giving 4 star sandwich 3.5/5

Alright I must admit I'm not an expert w/ cheese steaks. But we loved their cheese steak w/ chicken, veggie cheesesteak and popcorn shrimp. Fries were ok - little spicy for kids. Make sure you eat while it's still warm. Very friendly crew and nice location under plenty of shade to make it a nice eat out. Would definitely eat there if I come across it next time. More...
