I’m new in Conway and went for a visit and was treated very well by the young lady at the door. They had lots to offer and I really would have liked to join there but I ended choosing something that was more in line with my daily commute.

I was unhappy with the gym I was going to and reached out to one of the owners of 365. I came into the gym, was shown the facility, met some of the staff there at the time and then joined. I have been a member there since 2015. I absolutely love it. The suana is a great addition! I have worked out with Shana for almost 2 years. Ryan, Anthony, Shana, Brooke, Chance and the other staff are always willing to help or answer questions. At first I was a little intimidated being an overweight female in a gym with alot of extremely fit individuals but that didn't last long. I truly do love this gym and so thankful I joined!!!! I have transferred from several gyms and this one by far has the best free weight section out of them all. They have awesome staff members that will help you in any way possible. It does get crowded but that shouldnt stop you from working out. It is one of the best places to go too. Well educated individuals work there and they can help you with your goals! Great place work out even for a beginner like me! 2 months ago I could barely get through half a 30 min boot camp, but with the help of the others in class and Brooke Walker giving me that extra push I've seen major improvements and now I'm capable of exercises I never thought I would be capable of!!
