I normally do my own taxes through TurboTax, however this year I was presented with some very complicated situations that were above and beyond any online softwares capability. In actuality, even after consulting the live help I still was left without knowing what to do with my taxes and how to proceed. 5 Stars is not enough to give Jeremy Lassiter at Tax Resolution Accounting for the help he's given me. I had unfiled taxes that went back 4 years from a business that I owned and I was literally frozen in fear over what to do. I felt ashamed, embarrassed and suffered with depression and anxiety over getting this taken care of. I had played out in my mind every scenario of what was going to happen once I finally faced up to climbing this enormous hill that had been in front of me for the past 4 years. I called Jeremy and warily explained my situation. He made me feel immediately at ease and told me he could help me. Help is not even the right word. He saved me! I went from owing nearly $10,000 to getting refunds of nearly $7000! He's kind, understanding, honest, gentle and patient and truly wants to help. I can not praise him enough or thank him enough for helping me unload this heavy weight that I had been carrying for so long. I am very thankful that Jeremy is younger than I am because I'll be using him for my tax preparations until I pass! He takes the fear and trepidation out of filing and truly just wants to help everyone get what they deserve.
