I wanted to get my sister something special for her 40th and I’m sure glad I called Chef Steve when I did! He whipped up his famous cannoli crumb and specially decorated a cookie brownie cake for the special occasion. Both were to die for! I would absolutely recommend this deli to anyone. Two years ago was the first time we ordered from 35th Street family Deli and our guests still talk about how good the food was! We’ve always loved the food but what Steven and Jimmy have been creating lately is on a whole new level. This is by far the BEST general tso’s chicken we’ve ever had! Got a Hero for the Super Bowl and must say, it was OUT OF THIS WORLD! Also came with salads (coleslaw, macaroni & potato) and they were all really good though the macaroni was the BEST I ever had! I can’t say enough about 35th Street Family Deli!! This is the first time we went there and it was based on their Facebook page photos and reviews. We walked in and immediately knew we made the right choice! It felt so warm and inviting and the place is spotless!! We ordered some heroes and salads for a party and Steve was so accommodating. When we went to pick up the food it was ready and the presentation was amazing!! Everything looked beautiful!! The heroes, salads and pickle and olive tray were DELICIOUS!
