Great spot. Some of the most versatile and highly trained pros around, a clean, airy space, top of the rung equipment -- thumbs up. As a long-time Pilates student, this is my favorite spot. I study with Ellen Hinkebein, whom I recommend to anyone. She's a PT pro/Pilates instructor who knows how to lessen pain and increase functionality is all ages and body types. More...

I have been to several Pilates studios in the Saint louis area and this is the best one in every aspect.  Natalie Sutto is a registered nurse as well as Physical Therapist and uses her knowledge of the body in her method of teaching.  It is a hard workout and her instructors are top notch.  I give it my highest recommendation! I've been to MANY studios, and Natalie's studio has the best instructors. They are extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. The first time I worked with Natalie I had hip and hamstring issues which prevented me from running and playing tennis.
