The name of my company is 2ndchances. I've been a personal trainer for over 17 years. I currently have a full gym in my garage and decided to finally step outside of the commercial gym setting. Its been a strong 3 years in the making. I often get ask why I chose 2nd chances as the name of my company.

How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
I believe every clients goals are unique. I am a firm believer in checking in daily with my clients. Remember you are with the trainer for only 1 hour and 23 hours by yourself. So accountability plays a big role in helping someone truly achieve there goal.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
Consistently and dedication. Those are the words I stand by with anything in life that you want to achieve.
What do you love most about your job?
Making people believe that what they "thought" they couldn't do they "did" ?
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've been a personal trainer for over 17 years I worked for many commercial gyms. I believe it was finally my time for me to lead And to show everyone my vision not only within myself but also within my clients.
Why should our clients choose you?
I believe how you train yourself and how you push yourself will reflect on how you're able to push your clients as well. I've been competing in competitions for over 17 years, I believe my passion and dedication speaks within myself and my success. I recently just got to compete in front of Arnold Schwarzenegger and won my weight class. It was one of the best feelings in the world and it took me over 17 years just to get there.

I do online services if requested. Depending on the goal but most of the time we can definitely accommodate. I try to make it interactive as much as possible

Strength training, Plyometrics, Weight loss,Endurance, Hypertrophy, Nutrition(macros), Explosive Performance, Pre/post-natal, Powerlifting, Pre/post surgery.
