THE owner is an excellent cleaner but her helper who she did fire was not a good cleaner. So hiring the owner to clean is okay and she will do as you request.

THE owner is an excellent cleaner but her helper does a poor job vacuuming and cheats at it. After they left I found so much had to be done in each room . I had to revacuum all but one room and I had to rewash the kitchen floor. I paid far too much money for the poor job that was done, The house was left in quite a disarray. I had said it was a 2 day job for 2 people and they did it in one day and it shows, It has been very hard for me to clean what they did not clean, I was the hidden places that were skipped by the helper figuring I suppose no one would see it. I would never have hired them if I knew the job was going to be so bad. I could of vacuumed it
myself the first time instead of redoing it. I was really taken

Quick and excellent job! They finished in less time than I expected. Great communication a day before the appointment and thanks for arranging the star time.

Cleaners showed up exactly when expected, listened to my needs, and then got to work. I was never bothered and my house looks beautiful!

Cleaners were nice and professional. I asked them to focus on a couple specific areas of my apartment, and it almost looks like. I just moved in. It’s nice to have a clean apartment again. More...
