Staff was friendly. Accomodations were spacious and clean. We used the fitness center and the pool. We were with a full tour bus and they were very accommodating.

We only stayed for 1 night, but within that one night every single employee was so helpful and answered all of our questions perfectly. We are just coming back from this hotel. Went to explore Key West for a day. Hotel is reasonable.Front desk was awesome, shuttle to downtown is a huge plus. We were lucky to find Sandy Bland (Sandra) at concierge desk. She went above and beyond to make sure I was able to see all my priority points in a timely manner and from good viewpoint. When my roommate and I took a last minute trip to key west, we had to find a hotel same day. When I arrived at the 24 North, the front desk receptionist, Mila was extremely kind, welcoming, and helpful when helping us find a vacant room. When there was an issue with the booking at first, Mila went above and beyond to resolve the issue as soon as possibly and had us in a room within minutes. The staff is friendly, the pool is really relaxing. We used the shuttle bus each day to visit downtown. The shuttle was very convient and Vinny the bus driver is a lot of fun he got the whole bus singing Neil Diamond songs

Just stayed for 1 night. ||Hotel was easy to find and access, enough parking available. Quick and easy check in. Modern rooms, spacious and well equipped. Did not miss a thing. Very clean and well maintained.||Nice outdoor pool area with pool bar. Gym available.||Great shuttle service to downtown Key West as the hotel is little far from the Center of Town.||Only negative thing to mention is the quite high resort fee.||Still would recommend! With 15 of us traveling ages from 1 to 60 we were looking for a hotel that was relaxed and had the space for all of us without being crazy. This was perfect. The rooms are clean and the beds are pretty good. The pool area is great....perfect combo of sandy play area and pool for the kiddos with food and pool bar right there. The only annoyance was that the hotel emailed me that week to offer an upgrade to a suite at a discounted rate. Although I immediately clicked on the link to approve it once I arrived they had no record of it. I understand they werent guaranteeing it but once I had promised my kids they didnt have to share a bed, taking that back did put a damper on our trip. More...

Overall the hotel was nice. Not sure why charged a resort fee for the hotel. There was only a food truck for dining and a small selection of food at the toasted coconut bar. The room housekeeping staff needs a little improvement. They completed the bare minimum each day. We had to go to the front desk for washcloths and toiletries several times throughout our stay.
