After a very long day of traveling from Atlanta we began to relax with friendly welcome from everyone. We were exhausted and everyone helped getting us settled in including where to buy food,spirits,and helping us with tons of luggage. We were here for fall wedding so we had tons of luggage! Pool and hot tub top notch and anything we asked for whether advice or extra pan for cooking was executed with a no problem attitude. Valet guys were so nice. We brought our 2 kids to the Viceroy for a 1 night stay. The room was clean and comfy and stylish. The bathrooms were so nice with a large tub and nice shower. We really enjoyed our stay there. When we woke up, we played outside in the heated pool and hot tubs for over an hour before hitting the slopes. We are locals from Carbondale, and really tried to make the most of our stay-cation at the Viceroy. I really hope to get back there again soon! More...

This is without a doubt one of the best hotel stays we've had ever! It was my birthday/Thanksgiving holiday trip and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Darren treated us like royalty upon arrival, giving us champagne, a room upgrade, Viceroy status, and a fun-enlightnening quiz for welcome drinks at the bar. The rest of the staff was incredible too, from valet to Toro to bell staff...everyone! The hotel itself was amazing. Great restaurant, gym, spa, pool, and the 1 bedroom with den room we stayed in was absolutely incredible.The GM even sent a note and champagne welcoming us. The staff recommended places to go and eat in the area (and even out of the area - a Taco Bell 31 miles away...great story). Anyway, we hated to leave but promise to be back! More...

I stayed at the Viceroy for a conference and extended my stay with family to celebrate my birthday. The hotel/resort is beautiful and the fall colors were spectacular. The banquet facilities and food were top notch. The service was impeccable and the staff made me feel special with some delicious macaroons and even a cake with champagne that was delivered to my room. We stayed in a 1 BD with den that was perfect for our family with 2 small children. The housekeeping staff was fantastic as were the valet and front desk staff. This is a spectacular hotel. From the location to the rooms to the service to the on-site restaurant & conference space. I stayed here for 3 nights & was very pleased-- I'd even go so far as to say I had my best "conference" breakfasts & lunches-- think: smoothie bar, fresh pancakes, biscuits, omlettes & lunch with locally-foraged mushroom soup, salmon, chicken, peach dessert & more. My only issues were a shower that took about 5 minutes to get hot water each day & then my phone didn't work for the bulk of my stay, despite maintenance coming to fix it. That meant I couldn't call down for my car, couldn't call down to request a late check-out, etc. Otherwise, this is a gem. You have a kitchette in your room, full tub & windows that open so you can have fresh, mountain air since I'm not an A/C person. It's quiet, too, which is great since I'm a light sleeper. More...

We were greeted with a glass of champagne at check in. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms were very spacious. The bathroom was my favorite part :) They had everything you would need - laundry, dishes, even lavender bath salts! The bathroom was HUGE and had a tub that could easily fit 2 people. Just spent three days at Viceroy Snowmass soaking in the Fall foliage between meetings. The recently renovated lobby and restaurant provide a sophisticated, but warm and inviting pace to gather. The rooms have been renovated and are in tip-top shape. As always, the service is efficient and friendly. From the moment you arrive until the time you depart, the incredible staff makes sure your stay is exceptional. From the GM Robert getting a special treat for our golden retriever Emma to Taylor in Residential Services and Scott, Theo and the valet team, everyone works hard to make sure your stay is a memorable one. The valet team gave so much love to Emma that she was bummed to leave. The rooms have just been renovated and reflect a mountain modern theme. Each of the nightstands has a power center for your phone or device. The Nest is the only ski in/ski out bar we have ever seen. We've stayed here multiple times with family and friends. There are connecting room options so it's easy to stay with groups of people and kid-friendly. Viceroy always impresses. From the moment you arrive you receive a warm welcome and instantly at ease. The rooms are spacious, the bathrooms huge with bath salts as a bonus, in room dining was fast to feed hungry kids, and the pool is always a family favorite.

We traveled to the Viceroy for a business meeting in early October and we were beyond pleased with the staff and our accommodations. My colleague and i shared a 2-bedroom suite that was amazing! GM Robert and his team were all extremely friendly. Shout out to Theo at the valet. He was so nice and funny! We stayed at the Viceroy Snowmass for a business conference and loved it. We were able to bring the dogs, it's one of the few hotels that accepts pets in Snowmass, we appreciated the opportunity to keep the family together. The service at the Viceroy is impeccable. This place is a great mix of luxury and comraderie. Bellmen we're absolutely professional, but would joke with me when I opened the opportunity.
