Got the pulled pork and brisket sandwiches this evening from the food truck (Old Cahaba) . I was really apprehensive about the brisket because honestly not impressed with the other BBQ joints in the area. BBQ in Birmingham has a name and it's 2 Men and a Pig. OMG, the brisket, tender and moist like it should be and the flavor...AWESOME. Pulled Pork, WOW. You have a customer and I will highly recommend! A++++++++ service and food! More...
