Walked in to friendly faces and smiling! I went to search for a Halloween costume for myself and my boyfriend, they blew us out of the water with helping and the array! ! We rented a party tent, tables, chairs, plates, silverware, and linens from Party Rentals for our wedding in September. Everything was as exactly as discussed in our meeting and subsequent phone calls, everything looked beautiful, and everyone we worked with there was wonderful and helpful. Party rentals made our wedding reception a success. Their experienced staff often knew what we needed before we did. Prompt return of emails and phone calls, delivery of items exactly as planned, and creativity in turning a pavillion in the woods into the closest thing to Hogwarts Great Hall for our beautiful wedding.

Lorrie McFarland and her team are the VERY best!  My sons and I hosted a Celebration of Life in Henderson Harbor, NY for my husband this week.  I live in Naples, FL and did most of this by phone with Lorrie.  I met with her once so she could show me the linens and table settings and help me understand how her team worked setting up the tent, tables, etc.  She explained to me how to set up for the bartender  and the caterers and actually acted as my partner and therapist in planning this wonderful event.  She even gave me suggestions for catering and portlets.  Everyone was excellent.Guests raved about the way everything looked --- thanks to her suggestions and one guest said that he'd been to many such events in the past but none as "classy."Thank you, Lorrie, and Party Rentals Watertown, NY!Suzy Hawley More...

My daughter rented a 40x60 party tent for her wedding on the family land near Star Lake, NY. We were very impressed with the quality and condition of the tent, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. The employees setting up and taking down the tent clearly knew what they were doing and were very careful to ensure that the tent stayed clean and in like-new condition. They delivered and set up the tent, dance floor, tables and chairs to the site, as well as needed linens, and took it down the following Monday. Had Party Rentals supply linens & decorations for my daughter's wedding - FANTASTIC!! The service was friendly and professional: everything dropped off at our venue at the time promised, and decorations set up beautifully. We were very pleased and can't thank them enough!These folks have been in the area for many years and have excellent relationships with all the venues in the Thousand Islands area. They do small indoor events and huge (I mean huge) outdoor events as well without batting an eye. They know what they're doing and they do it extremely well.They also have a slew of costumes and holiday party supplies. Laurie and her staff at party rentals are fabulous! Â My wife and I were recently married in Theresa, New York, and were more than pleased working with Party Rentals. Â From the initial table design, to china, glass, silver, linens and even the tents we needed. Â Laurie took care of everything, with great suggestions, sincere kindness and a smile.While their inventory might not be as large as some big city rental companies, they had more than enough variety in their showroom to match our vision for the wedding. Â Laurie even purchased specialty linens for us at no additional charge! Â And speaking of pricing, we were VERY pleased. Â Getting a great value and incredible service. Â Laurie personally came out to my in-laws property to evaluate the site and make spot-on recommendations for our particular needs, and was able to provide us recommendations for other vendors in the area. Â Her tent team also came out for a site-specific review, and were on-time and thorough when the delivery date arrived. Additionlly, Laurie has a great relationship with our caterer, Boo Wells (another A+), and was able to coordinate our caterers needs as well as all the small things one might forget when planning a large event with a million important details.
