If you have not been to Sprouts Cafe run don't walk there right now. The atmosphere is awesome. Great music playing, clean seating area and bathrooms, friendly staff and the most delicious food in Gastonia! They have a vegan special daily along with vegan desserts, juices, smoothies, something for the omnivores and mouthwatering soups usually with one vegan option. Delicious, organic food. Large portions and an excellent menu, with kind, helpful staff. Couldn't reccomend enough! Slightly difficult to find however, once you arrive at the organic food market, pull around to the back of the building and you will find the restaurant.

This was my 1st time visiting and I will definitely return. An unassuming place upon arrival but the menu options were plentiful and the food was great! Park around back of the Organic Marketplace...there are four tables outside and 10 inside. Had the eggplant pesto flatbread that came with a side (I got brussel slaw- will try fruit next time). Both were good...the flatbread was a little hard to eat...toppings kept falling off probably because there isnt much cheese and the slaw was heavy on the dressing....but again both were good and I will be back to try more. Great price for lunch...a lot in the 7 dollar range. The juice/smoothie bar is pricey, but all smoothies and stuff like that are usually over 5 bucks. The beers are cheap!!! Many local ones under 3 bucks. Service was great. I ordered online to make sure I wouldnt have a wait since I had to get back to the grind. More...
