This company is amazing! I contacted them sort of randomly just seeing if anyone in the area could give us a little mini-tour of San Francisco on a long airport layover. I didn't even know if that was a possibility but they made it happen. Christina in the office organized everything and her communication is wonderful. Suggested stops, mapped the whole thing out and kept in constant communication to make sure everything was clear and worked for us. Igor was our driver and he was an ultimate professional--prompt, friendly, knowledgable and really treated us like VIPs. We booked their Executive Sprinter on a 2-hour notice for our out of town executive for an Airport Transfer. Â The reservation process was simple. I called a day in advance, and found their rates to be extremely competitive! Â Driver arrived 15 minutes ahead of schedule. Had to switch our pick up location last second after our driver arrived at our prearranged address. They happily accommodated us without any fuss, which was great! We used Pinnacle Limo for a Wine Road event up in Sonoma yesterday and they were fantastic! They were very responsive and gave us a competitive rate when I was looking. Our driver, Brandon, was so awesome! He picked up the group in the morning at our place in the city and dropped us back off at the same place in the evening. We also had a few drop offs at other places on the route home, and he was very accommodating. We were able to hit a good number of wineries throughout the day and Brandon made sure we were very well taken care of. Â Super cool guy! We used their executive sprinter and it was spacious, very nice inside, and was even equipped with WiFi! I host a lot of parties/group events and definitely plan on using them again. I was nervous booking with SF Pinnacle  for the first time; as I usually never have pleasant experiences with limo services. But I decided to book with them on faith in regards to their yelp reviews. I was soon relieved about my decision when they called prior to their arrival and showed up fifteen minutes early. I was very impressed by their level of service and professionalism. I rented the 13 passenger Sprinter - it was well kept, clean, and looked as advertised in the pictures. Our driver, Jimmy , was reliable. He remained in contact and was easy to get a hold of throughout our 13 hour scheduled event. I must say these guys are excellent! SF pinnacle limo service company was recommended by my friend May, who works in Google. She introduced me Frank, the manager of this company. Frank is a really funny, and easygoing person, but he is also cautious and careful. I heard he has been working in this field for over 15 years, and made not even a single mistake. The driver who serviced us is just like an alarm clock, he will call me 5 minutes before the set time, always. Lol. Their price is pretty good too. Highly recommend. More...

I have a good experience with this limo company. I searched around and after comparing prices and friendliness I decided to go with this company. I normally don't write a review, who has the time, but I was so impressed with Frank the manager and his driver who really went out of their way to please my party to accommodate us with no advance notice! The party got picked up and everyone was so happy they tip the driver big tip. I like the fact that Frank's shuttle are all imaculately clean, new and the best frindliest service I ever experince. SF Pinnacle is outstanding! The vehicles range from motor coaches to BMW's. I have used this company many times and have worked very closely with Frank. He is not only detailed oriented but reliable and timely. He can accommodate any request and follow through with great service from his chauffeurs.
