Louie cleaned our white cloth sofa, chair and ottoman a few days ago. I can’t say enough about the quality, service and fair price. Plus, unlike so many other independent businesses today, he returns calls promptly and shows up when he says he will. We HIGHLY RECCOMEND Discount Carpet and Upholstery. I just had a couple move out of a Rental home that had an unapproved pet, there were some stains I was very concerned about. Louis the owner came to the home himself and got them out with extra work. Louis told us he would be here at 10am and was right on time. Louie cleaned pet stains out of my almost white carpet today that were several years old from a prior homeowner. Before calling him, the prior owners used another company and I tried nearly every cleaner. Louie took them right out. He was very polite and trustworthy, arrived on time, Â worked very hard and he has phenomenal prices to boot. The person below is nuts, is a competitor trolling, or confused him with someone else. I give Discount Carpet cleaning a 5 star rating .  we have a house rental company in Bloomington and have used him a lot over the years.  Always on time and takes his time and does it right.  The one time I can remember he was running late I got a call to say the job in front of mine was taking longer than expected .  I completely understood because I knew my job would get the same care.    I also own a local bike company and use him at our shop.  I would say if Louie can't clean it no one can.
