How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
I specialize in Haitian Cuisine. But when it comes to creating a menu I let my clients tell me what type of dishes they are interested in and start from there . I’m skilled in multiple cuisines so creating a menu is really the best part
What do you love most about your job?
Cooking is my passion. Watching my clients faces as they enjoy my dishes really be the best part
What inspired you to start your own business?
At a young age I always told myself I wanted to be a chef and own my own restaurant. I started cooking at the age of 8 and fell in love ever since

Remind employees that people may be able to spread COVID-19 even if they do not show symptoms. Consider all close interactions (within 6 feet) with employees, clients, and others as a potential source of exposure. Discourage handshaking, hugs, and fist bumps. Also mask are mandatory
