About

My primary source of training sessions are Client specific one-on-one sessions typically held in the comfort of your own home, at your local gym or in my affiliated gym. I also take your training outdoors, to your local park, paths or trails or your own backyard.

Q&As

Personal fitness training is just that... Personal fitness. Course of action is different from client to client. No two clients are ever the same. Their current and past health condition, existing level of fitness or activity, past injuries, family medical history, their goals and objectives all play a crucial role in designing a fitness plan that is safe, actively effective, progressive and always enjoyable.

I have and am currently training both male and female clients  within a wide range of age, ability, goals,  and physical strength and condition.

 Ask yourself..
1.What are your heath and fitness goals?
2. Do you have realistic expectations? ...

Be honest about where you are, where you want to be, and how much time and effort you are willing to put in to get there.

3. Are you willing to commit to the time and program?...

As a trainer I am willfully committing myself to your experience and to help you reach your health and fitness goals in a safe and effective program designed for you specifically.  But it can only be a productive process if you too are ready to put in the work and commit to yourself.

Seeing people realize that YES they CAN reach their health and fitnes goals and that is can be an enjoyable journey rather than a battle.

*I was not always fit and healthy. It is a misconception a lot of people have about me as a trainer. I became overweight and had impairing health conditions before I faced the reality of my declining condition. I fought my way back to the healthy lifestyle I enjoy today. It wasn't easy by any means, but it was worth every second. I feel my absolute best qualification  I have to offer my clients as a personal trainer is true life experience. I have walked in your shoes.

Finding the right personal trainer qualified to fit your specific needs and whom you feel comfortable with is a personal preference. It is an important decision and is crucial for the success of your training.
I always like to set up a free initial consult, or as I like to call it, a "Meet & Greet" appointment where we discuss current fitness condition, goals and talk about training program ideas. It is also a great way for the client and I to familiarize ourselves with each other. Personal training is a very personal relationship and you really need to have a positive connection.
I DO NOT make you sign a contract.
