5-Star Review!I had the good fortune to meet Bryan on TaskRabbit. When I was forced to find a WordPress expert to help me with my website I had no idea where to look. A friend suggested TaskRabbit. Bryan popped up as an expert. First impressions are lasting impressions. Bryan was the real deal! Bryan has helped us photoshop our wacky Christmas cards for a few years now. Â He's always been fast and excellent - and above all easy to work with. Â We recently moved into a new place and needed help with some networking problems. Â We had some highly recommended tech guy come over who started talking about all these crazy plans for building a commercial internet system in our house. Â (It also took us almost two weeks to get the guy to call us back.) Â We told him thanks and that we would think about it -- and then I immediately started thinking of someone who we could actually speak to like a human about our problems. I remembered Bryan had started a broader service of helping people fix problems. Â I contacted him to see if he could help. Â He responded almost immediately -- unheard of in our networking/internet saga so far (the saga has spanned two separate residences). Â He changed around his schedule and came over as soon as I was available -- and most of all he fixed the problem - in less than an hour! Â AND he told us after all of this that he was having horrible back pain. Â Having suffered years of back pain, Brian is a true champion for even coming here in pain. Â On top of that he got the job done quickly and did not say a word about his pain until the end -- and only mentioning it as an apology in the event he seemed a bit off his game. More...

Bryan was SUPER helpful and incredibly knowledgeable. I had thousands of images of my Grandmother's journals that needed to put in chronological order and Bryn was completely up for the task. I could not recommend Bryan Alexander more highly. I originally met  Bryan thru TaskRabbit, needing a one-time quick fix.  So I wrote a  request stating that I was 68 yrs old, not overtly tech savvy but not ignorant either .  And that  a sense of humor along with great skills would be preferred.  Oh, then Bryan arrived.  We have been working together ever since.  Always on time.  Smart, kind (is courteous to my dog) and fixes everything.  What he doesn't know (very rare), he learns in order to help me.  The bottom line ....he is every experienced, very creative and forward thinking.....and he is delightful to work with.  Serious, always pleasant.and professional in every way.  Do yourself a favor and place him on your Contact List for your computer, tech/design needs.  You'll be the lucky one. Where do I begin? ! Bryan IS Mr IT Fixit! Did you ever wish you had your own Genius Bar Guru to hand? Well this guy is it. I needed help with setting up a voice recording system on my Mac. Bryan made it a breeze for me to use and even suggested an easier recording software for me to use. Bryan is personable, patient (very), and explains things real simply and clearly. I purchased a new Mac and Bryan helped me to declutter the chaos from my previous computer and seamlessly set up my brand new one. Something I'd put off for a year! Â Then I decided I wanted to set up a blog. Bryan not only set it up for me - he designed the amazing logo and entire appearance of my fabulous blog page. Bryan also manages the behind scene running of my blog. Needless to say, I am a HUGE fan of Mr Fixit and I HIGHLY recommend his services to any of you technophobes out there... You know who you are!
