Trained in Group Fitness, Individual Fitness, and Fitness oriented Kickboxing and boxing. I've worked with all age groups from seniors to kids. Former High school and Semi-collegiate athlete, focusing on basketball and a background in baseball, and soccer.

I have been working with Dylan for almost 9 months and he has been fantastic. He has worked hand in hand with my therapist to make sure I regain my strength and balance after a car accident. He listens to me when I say I need to pull back some and encourages me to do more when he knows I can. I've learned tons about proper exercise and yes, I've lost weight. He isn't a drill sergeant but you definitely get a great workout! I highly recommend working with him and I don't like to exercise! ;-) More...

Consistency and not over correcting the issue. By not overcorrecting any changes contain be implemented in life easier and more convenient.
