I have been working with Dylan for almost 9 months and he has been fantastic. He has worked hand in hand with my therapist to make sure I regain my strength and balance after a car accident. He listens to me when I say I need to pull back some and encourages me to do more when he knows I can. I've learned tons about proper exercise and yes, I've lost weight. Consistency and not over correcting the issue. By not overcorrecting any changes contain be implemented in life easier and more convenient.
What do you love most about your job?
I get to help people...…plain and simple. I get to help people on my terms and do not have to push or sale. Instead of being a car sales man I get to have open and honest conversations with people who want to take a big step in their lives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
being able to help people and make my own pricing bypassing the expensive prices of most gyms.
Why should our clients choose you?
I am a normal person, I enjoy my body type but I also enjoy life I prefer balance instead of making quick money by putting clients in a impossible situation that can't be sustained for a long period time.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Due to mainly focusing on online and remote training Covid-19 has not really been an issue.
