Hello, I’m your Personal Trainer Debra Irving, but you can call me Deb. I’m a Retired Veteran, with two decades of experience, especially since I served as a Master Fitness Trainer during my time of service.
I’m also a Certified Nutritionist and Strength and Conditioning Coach.

First step, is to assess all clients, once the assessment is complete. My goal is to provide Tough love + Consistency =Results
The overall goal is to build a exercise program and nutrition plan that is realistic and can be accomplished and maintained for a lifetime.

There's no seceret! Setting a goal and staying determined, finding a balance of healthy nutrition, exercise, sleep, and mental well-being
Overcoming any obstacles and developing a long-term plan will help in maintaining and keeping your dream body.

I love to see the change in my clients. Not just outside appearance , this is overall appearance. When clients first come to me they are sometimes closed off , due to not being comfortable with themselves. Within one month, a see major changes in my clients. They become more open, and I love seeing the happiness in their face.

I like working closely with people. Doing something that I know will have a postive and major impact on a person's life, is amazing for me. I love seeing the joy in people faces when they are accomplishing their goals.

I take pride in my training and getting to know each client. Im not a trainer that is going to complete session and say that's it I'm done. That's not me, I will monitor your eating habits , ensure all work outs and meals are taliored to my clients need.

I provide online and remote service. Online and remote both require virtual training sessions , online only for communication and assessment. Remote clients would actual conduct training session virtually. Exercise apps and meal apps must me logged daily by all clients.

There's no group sessions . I only work with client's one on one. When at the gym, I will ensure prior to woking out on any equipment everything will be wipe down before and after each workout.
