Phenomenal training. Alex, Dwayne and Renae do such a great job motivating and mixing up the workouts. I’ve been going here for four years and the friendships and support from all of the people involved from staff to those grinding it out daily are truly genuine.

1 More Rep is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. From the trainers to the workouts to the community of clients that make you feel at home, this gym has it all! The bootcamps, boxing and climb classes all provide a great variety and hit every muscle group, even the ones you don't realize you had until they're sore. I started out with a Groupon just to try 1 More Rep out as I was searching for a good workout to get fit for my wedding and now I am hooked with will be coming to 1 More Rep to stay fit for life! I have dropped my traditional gym membership and love spending every morning getting whipped into shape with a great group of people! More...

I have been a client for close to 3 years. The workouts continue to challenge me and it is always something different. Dwayne continues to keep it fresh and creates an inviting atmosphere that is challenging yet not intimidating for any fitness level.

I've been going for almost 6 years, through two pregnancies, and I still love it. I never get bored and it's easy to modify every workout to make it easier or more challenging, depending on your fitness level. Highly recommend it!

I have been coming to One More Rep for over a year.  The workouts are varied and the instruction is top notch.  Form is corrected so that you get the most of the workout.  The group is supportive and we congratulate each other on our successes as well as commiserate on the tough stuff to get through it. You can modify and increase over time to reach your full potential.  There are so many options out there that I have tried and they don't have all of the same elements. This is the REAL DEAL! If you are looking for an efficient, effective workout this is it! You get a challenging high intensity workout in just 50 mins. and that includes warm up and cool down! Dwayne has enough classes to fit any schedule and the people are genuinely friendly and helpfully, a great group of people! Dwayne is constantly watching and keeping a close eye to make sure you are doing exercises correctly and with the proper form. This is a excellent all round fitness workout I highly recommend for any fitness level, there are always modified exercises till you reach your full potential, which you will with Dwayne's help! This is the first workout that I have stuck with consistently. For me, it started with the music. Dwayne always plays a mix of high-energy hip pop, pop or other fun mixes. The second thing that really stuck with me, was the variety. Every day is a different workout. I definitely get bored with the same routine and Dwayne mixes it up a lot.Lastly, Dwayne does not hesitate to give helpful alternatives to each exercise. If you have any problem areas, he will not judge you for taking care of those areas but still wants you to come and get a good workout.It also helps that he's just a really nice guy. More...

1 More rep is pretty darn awesome. If you're looking to get in rocking shape then this is the place to do it. Dwayne is a fantastic trainer and the class sizes are small enough so that you get personal attention when you need it, and big enough so that you're not the one always getting talked to. When I first started going here I thought I was in pretty decent shape...I Quickly learned how out of shape I was. Dwayne uses a combination of bodyweight exercises with low weights and things like ropes to help sculpt your body into what you want it to be. One of the best part about this is that it is done at your own pace. Dwayne will encourage you to try hard, but the whole workout is done at a your individual pace. The classes are held in the tae kwon do studio so don't be fooled when you show up. It is also extremely reasonably priced for the quality and level of instruction that you get. So that being said...why aren't you going to work out now!? 1 More Rep rocks! More...
