I had a screw in my tire on my way home from work, mind you every auto shop is closed by the time I get off at 12am. This location was the closes to my house and I needed a repair fast because my tire pressure was dropping fast. When they told me it was a 2 hr wait I was so bummed because I had school and was literally about to Uber myself to school but Joe was able to get me my tires repaired within the hr. Was at Tire Works to get my new tires done for the front before i had a blowout back on Jul 2019 and. had to other few things done with it. We literally just into Las Vegas when we ran over a rock at the gas station! Our front tire was completely ruined and we have an important event that we need to get to today at 7. We came to this shop and Jason helped us out so tremendously. He called around for our tire and was able to find it for us on such a short notice and on a Saturday afternoon. I picked up a nail went to their competitor and they told me I'd have to wait 2 hours.  I walked in to Tire Works on Silverado Ranch and immediately was greeted by a smiling, clean, uniformed man: Paul.  Told Paul my issue and he said "I think I can do that for you now".  He checked and sure enough he got me in at that moment and i was out in 15 minutes feeling like I was appreciated.  Great job Paul!!!  I'm coming over when I need a set of tires More...

All I can say is WOW. I've been to this location twice, expecting to patch my tire both times. The first time, they were honest and said no patch needed - no charge, just come see us again. The second time, I had a nail in my tire. They fixed it for FREE and said just come see us again. Called in to get a price quote for a nail in tire repair 15 minutes before closing. Talia answered and said to come on in and they will check it out for me free of cost. I got there right as they were about to close and she had her team check out my tire. Was only there for about 30 minutes when they said, "You're good to go!"Turns out I had 2 nails in my tire and they fixed them FREE of charge. Anytime I have gone to this location the staff has been really professional, concerned about what I need and prompt to getting in touch with me. The manager at this location (Nelson) was at another store in N. Las Vegas which is where I first took my car in. I live on the North side of town,  but Nelson does a great job and runs a good store which is why I make the drive to take my cars to this location. I know that I am getting what a pay for. I had a screw in my tire and just needed a plug for it. It was a busy monday morning and I spoke with Joe who said that there was an hour wait but since I had already changed my tire to a spare he said that I could just leave it behind and he'd call me once it was done. Need a tire repaired in Las Vegas on a Sunday?  Not many places are open on Sundays in the valley.  However, Tire Works is open Sundays from 9am to 4pm. I knew I had a slow leak in a tire, but kept putting the repair on the back burner.  Well, next thing I realized the weekend was slipping away.  The staff at Tire Works were great - friendly and professional.    I dropped the vehicle off and they called me a few hours later to tell me it was ready to pick up.The repair price was reasonable!  ...and completed on a Sunday! I was getting work done on my car for a car place called USA auto do not go there for car work‍‍‍ I brought in my car because my ac/steer belt broke and it was 30 min before closing and the gentleman Monty looked at it and did his best to possibly to put on the belt so I could at least drive it, but unfortunately I had to leave it. They worked on my car the next day and Monty and the manager worked very well and got the work done. The place I went to before also put in my window regulator in wrong so they replaced that for me at no charge. First of all, I am shocked this place only has three stars. They are a much better store than the reviews imply. Brought our car to have the tires checked out since the tire pressure light kept coming on even after putting air in them. There was a screw right in the groove of the tire. They patched it up in about 15 minutes & when we went to pay, they said no pay necessary have a good day. Writing this review having just left the shop. We were having tire pressure issues that we thankfully noticed before departing Vegas back to southern California. They did a quick assessment and said there was no puncture, but rather our rims were dented. They patched it up within 20 minutes, and assured us it would be more than good enough to get us back home. They did it free of charge as well. Yesterday our vehicle's engine light came on and we were very far from our Aliante home. We stopped at Tire Works and they were a BLESSING! Cody greeted us with a welcoming hello. I think he could see the worry on our faces. He told us that they would have to perform a full diagnostic to evaluate the source of the problem. He offered us some coffee and said, "Try not to worry, you guys are in good hands."   We truly appreciated that we were being treated so well. The shop was surprising clean (even the restroom!!!), the coffee was fresh, and Cody did not just let us fret. He kept us posted on the progress of the car. Once the problem was diagnosed, he gave us clear options on how it should be fixed. He also assured us that since they are not on  commission , the don't gouge their customers. We were quoted a fair price and the tech did a great job the FIRST time. They even test drove the car before we got it back to make sure it was running right.   We TRULY appreciate Cody and the guys at Tire Works. This location is AMAZING! We highly recommend it. My daughter called around to several tire shops and this place was the best value. She called back several times with lots of questions and the customer service they provided was excellent. They were very patient and informative. They ordered the tires we needed and said they could get them same day. We made an appt and they put all four tires on in a timely manner.
