Don’t recommend. They are no longer part of Kimpton and didn’t notify us prior to check-in. Our reservation and reminder email were sent form Kimpton, but when we tried to used Kimpton gift cards they told us they were bought by someone else and would no longer accept the gift cards. If that’s the case why weren’t we notified and why is it that all of our online confirmations say Kimpton? Even the pending charge on our credit card says Kimpton.

This is false advertising and a bait and switch tactic as we would have stayed somewhere else had we known they were no longer affiliated with Kimpton. They used Kimpton’s name and reputation to mislead us into thinking our stay was still with that brand.

On top of that, we didn’t even have hot water in our room, which is apparently a known issue (see other recent reviews). And… we still haven’t received a copy (paper or digital) of our bill.

We were really disappointed in the quality of service and room standards. After staying here many times in the past, they simply no longer live up to the high standards that brought us back. Responses from the front desk have been less than helpful, and the promised follow up from a manager hasn’t happened. More...
