Yes I bring all of my own basic cleaning equipment, unless something specific is required. I have rags, chemicals, and an excellent shark vacuum; otherwise specific, include things like towels and linens for vacation rental turnovers. I am working on obtaining my own upholstery cleaner as well.
I love getting to know my clients on a deeper level since I am my own boss. I love being a helper to my community especially with something that I enjoy doing. My experience and knowledge in cleaning allows me to do an outstanding job for my clients. This brings me great confidence to be able to help my community with things that otherwise they would not be able to get done. I take great pride in doing and accomplishing things for my fellow neighbors.
When I was younger, I worked under my mom‘s business. This allowed me to get to know my customers very well. I noticed throughout the years of working under other people, I was merely another helper. I never got to know the clientele very well, and overall the satisfaction that I got from cleaning was just not there. Being the sole owner and communicator, brings me another level of confidence and excitement for every day that comes. I absolutely love all of the new opportunities I come across on a weekly basis.
