I previously went through the 7th Path Hypnosis method with another therapist, not part of Your Path Hypnosis. The results were great, 200% worth it and I have changed my outlook on life completely (not frustrated anymore, more patients, happier, sleep better, more positive).
I suggested my wife go through the same process because it was so worth while (her reasons for going was for much deeper psychological reasons pertaining to a life-long chronic illness). She agreed and decided to sign up with Meredith and Your Path Hypnosis (same methodology I used but Meredith was closer to our home).
My wife working with Meredith/Your Path Hypnosis was an even better experience than I had! Because of Meredith's background in traditional therapy, her amazing ability to connect on a personal level, and her skill as a hypnotherapist my wife was able to move past her deeply ingrained personal issues and work towards results within a few weeks! (and these issues where as heavy as they get). Meredith invested SO MUCH TIME in helping my wife understand herself in ways we never thought were possible.
Meredith went beyond what she needed to do as a hypnotherapist, the quality time and effort she put in was so much more than the hourly rate she charged.
Compared to my hypnotherapist Meredith was so many levels above in skill, depth of caring, time spent and guiding her patient past their issues.
If you have some what ordinary issues,or life-long, deep traumatic issues you need to deal with (and get past relatively quickly) go see Meredith. I recommend her over everyone else and she is absolutely, with out question, worth your investment and time spent.
She is the best. (wife and I will be going back for "tune-ups" as well.)

Meredith is so caring and gifted at shifting habits. She definitely shifted me! I have lost 65 lbs thanks to Meredith and even more important, I have a sense of purpose that just didn't exist before.
