I had a really great experience with these guys. The service was excellent with an extremely pleasant driver.
I had hired the car to go down to Orange County to pick up a rescue dog. Mitzi loved him and he fell in love too. I quickly learned that the little girl likes to lick your nostrils and she got him a couple times. She put her little hands on the console and watched out the windshield. I think she was supervising because she told me he was A+.

We had been using another car service before a friend told me about VOLTA (formerly Black Tie). I often go to LAX very late at night or arrive into LAX very late at night, and I never really felt completely safe booking a car service, taxi, or ride share as I didn't know the driver. The last ride share from LAX, I had to wait almost an hour and then the driver passed by me and then yelled at me. So I was so excited glad when my son told me that he had switched to Jimmy and his car service. Jimmy is always on time, it's such a relief to see him when I get off the plane and to baggage claim after a long flight. This is also a great way to get to a restaurant or a bar or happy hour when you don’t want to risk drinking and driving. We have also used the car service to get to other venues around town. I also love the new booking software. I would recommend this car service and Jimmy to anyone who needs to book a car for anything. More...
