I had an event on 10/27 that needed a guest to be dropped off in Rochester and because of a mistake I made in sending them to the wrong address, I frantically called Turbo Taxi to help my guest back home to Syracuse without prior notice or reservation. I am most grateful for how flexible and willing they were in such a time-sensitive situation. My guest raved about the driver and how nice she was to her considering she drove her all the way home to Syracuse. My daughter was visiting a friend in Geneseo, NY and considering moving there and going to school. I called Turbo Taxi for her airport service and explained it was a early flight that I was worried about her getting to the airport and she would have to be picked up at 4:30 am. when I hung up the phone I was felt very relieved and confident that my daughter would be safe and on time.
