I believe Im different from most Personal Trainers because I work specially on Activation and Muscle Release as well as Strengthening your under active muscles. Dynamic Warm Ups and proper cool downs are an important aspect to my training style.

Natalie is a great running coach, so amazing!! She has been helping me in achieving my running goals for a while now. She is encouraging, supportive and holds me accountable! I highly recommend Try Wright Fitness! I run all different length of races; 5k, 10k, 15k, half marathon and am leading towards my first full marathon currently and Natalie always gives me a great running plan to stick to so I can feel confident and prepared going into my race! Nutrition and Exercise. I know it sounds so simple but consistency with both proper nutrition and exercise is the key.

Of Course I love seeing my clients get stronger but I absolutely LOVE when my clients surprise them selves with their own progress in strength or maybe even range of motion from a past injury. Building functional strength to make getting around in life easier and watching clients realize their full potential is a beautiful thing!

I have taught music for 20 years (still do) so I have had a lot of experience with one on one instruction. I have been competing in Ironman triathlons for 12 years and developed a huge passion for fitness! I became a certified Personal Trainer at first for the knowledge to better train myself but I have absolutely fallen in love with helping others realize their potential in fitness as well!!

I find I have a unique style of training that is well rounded from my many backgrounds from Strength Training, Yoga, Running, Swimming, Cycling and Triathlon!

Yes! I currently have clients all over the country! I work with the equipment you may already have at your house or just body weight progressive movements!

Honestly most of my clients are online, VERY SAFE! I do a few house calls where I wear a mask to limit the spread of covid-19 and any shared equipment is disinfected after each use.

As a certified Nutrition Coach I help you find the right nutrition plan for your lifestyle and weight loss or weight gain goals! I can also help you find the right balance nutrition for your next endurance race!
