She managed to obtain 7s for me, as I like little guys on the inner eye. She's also super-personable and lovely to talk to (or not -- just snooze) while getting gentle lash application. Okay so I don't think I've ever written a Yelp review before, but these ladies are amazing at what they do! Julianna has done my lashes twice now, and she's great! I told her exactly what I was going for with my lashes and she listened to exactly what I asked and made them look even better than I could've expected! Julianna is a sweet and friendly person who is very good at lashes.  I would have loved to become a regular here except the woman she works with is a nightmare.  Scheduling is not efficient and when things got screwed around with my appointment she called me and got aggressive about it.  Felt uncomfortable but went back because I like Julianna.  Fast forward to 3rd appointment, unfortunately I had a work emergency and couldn't make my appointment so I called and called and left multiple messages only to get a call an hour after my scheduled appointment from whatever her name is which was also SUPER aggressive.  She spoke to me like an idiot child and I gotta say, it was shocking, I've never experienced that level of aggression from someone I'm trying to give business to, it's like she wants to fight and I will NEVER be back. Jaquie is amazing! I wish I had discovered her first, before going to other places.  When I went to her I had just done the dreaded thing of pulling all my lashes off and damaging them a lot. However, I think they had also been damaged with to heavy of lashes on in the first place.Jaquie is the best, I have been too. I was hesitant to go as my lashes were so damaged. She talked me through what she thought would be appropriate and safe for my lashes. She did such an amazing job. She told me how to up keep and care for the lashes, sent me home with a few products. My own lashes are currently growing and becoming healthier, even with the extensions on. I would 100% recommend her to anyone. Like I mentioned at the top, I wish I had discovered her a long time ago.Her studio is charming and extremely clean. The energy of the place is so warm and inviting and feels so good to be in the space.Grateful to have found her! I was about to give up on extensions. Here lashes  are so light and silky, you feel like you don't even have extensions on, until you look in the mirror and see your beautiful set of lashes. More...
