Was looking to have an old tub replaced with new shower stall. Received a few estimates but none as competitive as Supreme Handyman. Steve was great. Gave a bid on site, we signed a contract, and he started the next day! Kept me up to date of any issues, finished on time and true to his original estimate. Would not hesitate to hire again. They did a huge project at my place. Converted a shed to a guest house, build a new shed, added front and back decks, retaining wall and artificial turf, converted a closet to a 1/2 bath, added outside security cameras, poured concrete stairs, installed Vinyl privacy fence. I've been in property repair and maintenance, as an owner of several properties for many years. It is always a hassle to find someone that will do what they say. ..show up on time...show up regularly until the job is done. Steve called me several times a day until this $45k miscellaneous repair or replace job was done. It took about three weeks and at times there were 17 people on the job! He sent before and after photos throughout. He did the job right. While you may find some random handyman to do this or that...there is no way you'll ever find a guy more professional and consistent than Steve, Supreme Handyman indeed! I had a Drywall repair that I badly needed. Steve came out and was able to start SAME DAY. He had all the necessary tools in his truck so he could get started right away. He helped me find the leak in my bathroom and repaired the wall so perfectly, no one would ever have known there was a leak there. Update - 3/14/18 - I added some pictures of the new AstroTurf Steve and his team installed. It looks greatUpdate - 2/18/18 - after a short break in work so I could save up some more cash to continue work resumed so I'm adding some more pictures of the progress. Nice to work with someone that understands your on a budget and can plan work accordingly so I could cash flow the renovations along the way.I have used these guys twice. Once last year to do some minor repairs and upgrades to my Condo prior to listing it for sale (new garage door, new faucet, touch up paint)and Now I am using them for a much more extensive job at a new beach house I purchased. New retaining wall, install vinyl Fence, install astro turf, and build me a storage shed and build a front and back deck. I got multiple bids and his were the best price.
