What’s your interior design process?
PHASE ONE
Design Consultation + Project Kickoff
The beginning of the project is just as important (if not more so!) than any other phase of the project. The first step is to complete our contact form. We want to get to know you! Every interior design project begins with a coffee or cocktail meet and greet to get to know you and your lifestyle. If all goals align, next steps will be an onsite consultation. The design discussion will include goals you have for your project, aesthetic preferences, overall scope of work, timeline, and budget. This is just the beginning of the collaborative process and the more knowledge we have the better we will be able to execute your full design vision. Following this consultation we will use the information gathered to create a customized design proposal, giving you a clear understanding of the design investment necessary for your project. Once the proposal is reviewed, the contract is signed, and the retainer is received, then it is kickoff
PHASE TWO
Space Planning + Design Development
The phase of action! We dive into the details of the interior design concept and begin thorough research and development. Through this process, we collaborate with you and our trusted trade professionals to create floor plans, source fixtures, select materials and furniture, along with any additional details your project requires. Presentations are weekly or biweekly and are used to get your active feedback to ensure the design vision is on track. Design is never linear. No detail is overlooked as we make selections on everything from final layouts to that last coat of paint. This is where you will see the design begin to come to life.
PHASE THREE
Furniture + Procurement
Following the final interior design approval and required deposits means we move into project management and procurement. This is a busy time for us as we work behind the scenes on the administrative work of purchasing, tracking, and triple checking that each piece arrives just as described. Additionally, we will provide continued on site collaboration with your contractor throughout any construction to ensure that every detail is executed perfectly. In this phase, it can feel like progress has slowed but we promise we are working hard to complete the design vision. Hang in there, installation is just a phase away!
PHASE FOUR
Interior Installation + Design Completion
It’s finally here, installation day! All selected pieces have arrived and are ready to be placed in their new home. With our experienced install team, we will place rugs, move in furnishings, hang lighting, and drapery and give it the finishing touch with our signature styling. Depending on the scale, this process can take between one to five days. Once every detail is in place, we arrange to have the project professionally photographed and the last step is for you to enjoy your new space!

For residential clients, we specialize in high-end contemporary design and can cater towards modern design as well. For commercial clients, we are able to cater to the style of the brand, ensuring that the interior design aligns with their overall message.

We can provide both online and remote services. Depending on the extent of the design, we would be required to fly out at least once for installation and photography.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We are very flexible in this regard and will do whatever makes our clients comfortable. This includes online meetings, wearing masks, and/or social distancing.
FULL SERVICE INTERIOR DESIGN
From concept to completion our full service interior design is a turn key service in which we will manage your project through every phase. Our collaboration begins with concept development, and will be carried out through plan drawings, furniture curation, all the way to (our favorite day!) installation. We will work in tandem with your construction team to ensure that the interior design vision is seamlessly executed through curated finishes, elevated fixture selections, and the highest caliber craftsmanship.
INTERIOR RENOVATIONS + NEW CONSTRUCTION
Whether you are building your dream home or renovating for it to become just that, we work with your contractor, builder or architect to manage each stage and to ensure that no details are overlooked. From the ground up, we provide everything that you need for the interior design. This includes space plans, construction documents, material and finish selections to expert project management. Through our trusted network of millworkers and trades professionals each element is executed with the highest craftsmanship. Our goal is to take on the stress of home renovations allowing you more time for what is important like margaritas by the pool.
FURNITURE + PROCUREMENT
If you have already gone through the remodeling process, purchased a turnkey home, or are simply happy with your interior design finishes the way they are, we offer furnishing and styling services. Whether it is just one or two rooms or the whole house, we manage all phases of the design procurement process from concept to ordering, tracking to receiving, and finally (the best part) installing and styling!
