The CEO owner and counselor, Crystal Mullen-Johnson, would repeatedly show up to our sessions 5 minutes late to our 9:00am sessions after her morning pilates session and consistently end our sessions 10 minutes early. All while billing me for a "60 minute session". In my last session with her, she arrived 20 minutes late to a Telehealth appointment after providing an excuse. I had to ask her if she would charge me the full amount for our session given her tardiness and the answer was yes.
After emailing her and her office about my experience and how disappointed I was, her response was not an apology, but stating that she "stands by her policies." More...
