Sarah Keenan is a fraud and does not exhibit professional behavior toward her clients. She also does not exhibit a professional ability to communicate in a timely manner. So this is our story. When we chose her as our photographer we looked at her portfolio, some of her reviews, and the history of her excellence, and she looked so talented and professional. We even had an interview with her on the phone before we chose her to be our photographer and she seemed so professional. But after money changed hands she would not return texts or calls until days or weeks later she communicated just enough to keep us on the hook. She didn't show up for our engagement photos left us standing there for hours until we had to leave to get to work that night. She did not call us to let us know she wasn't coming until later the next day. We tried to reschedule the photos but she was impossible to get ahold of... or it seemed that our schedules could just never line up... It was at this moment that I realized that we had been conned. My heart sunk and I couldn't believe that something like this would happen to us. We were so careful.
Later it came to our attention that Sarah Keenan had let her own personal relationships effect the way she conducted her business. Because we were distantly affiliated with her ex husband she chose to black list us and to make us suffer.
All that being said if I can save you the pain or the heart ache that my fiancé and I experienced that will have to be enough for us. We are still fighting to get our initial money back but it doesn't look promising. More...
