Got some Kinesiology rock tape done...the results were pretty much instant! I practice yoga and sometime stress my back out a little too much, especially if I am not consistent with my practice. I’ll tend to wake up with a super tight back and all day I feel like I’m combatting this awful hunch. As soon as she put the tape on, I felt relief. After a few minutes my back felt a little sore (a good sore!) and a few hours later it was like my upper back and shoulders had completely opened up! I kept it on for almost a week without and problems of peeling off (including a shower everyday, sometimes twice!). My practice has felt more open and I wake up with no sore-wanting to hunch feeling!
