We are not a gym and have no desire to be. Our certified personal trainers are extremely knowledgeable and have extensive backgrounds and experience in personal training, working within a physical therapy setting, as well as experience in the medical field.

Hands down, Repke Fitness is the area leader in personal training and wellness. It’s conveniently located, has a well-equipped (and spotless) facility, but most importantly, it has top-notch trainers. Rob, Sara, and Louben are highly-qualified in exercise prescription and instruction, all tailored to meet the individual needs of their clients. They also provide general health and nutrition guidance, and this holistic approach makes the Repke trainers uniquely effective.I’ve been working with Rob Habib for several months now, and I can say with confidence that he’s the best personal trainer in the Pasadena and Severna Park area. I have some physical limitations, and Rob factors those into exercise regimens that have helped me measurably. Since working with Rob, I‘ve become stronger, I have more energy, better balance, and I’ve lost 20 pounds. An added bonus is that Rob makes the workouts fun...with kindness and humor, which helps me get through his challenging strength training. I actually look forward to exercising with Rob, something that’s quite remarkable (for me, anyway!).All three trainers are excellent... I really can’t say enough good things about Repke Fitness. Rob, Sara, & Louben were so great to work with. What stood out to me most was their kindness & patience. I felt at home there immediately. They use positivity to motivate you and that works so well. They are also a wealth of fitness knowledge; from exercises to nutrition to staying motivated. I was never bored and was always learning new exercises. Each session was unique and they really focused on helping me achieve my goals. Repke really isn’t a gym - it’s so much more than that. Anyone who goes won’t be disappointed. Going to Repke Fitness will not guarantee that you will lose weight or become physically fit. YOU play the biggest role in making that happen. Louben, Sara, and Rob will all tell you that, too. However, once you commit to such goals, Repke fitness will provide all the tools necessary to help in those endeavors. The staff are experts in physical fitness training. They know what it takes to help motivated clients improve their lifestyle. They're not about getting in your face and pressuring you. On the contrary, they are about teaching, encouraging, and motivating their clients. No one session is ever the same. The workouts are thought-out and tailored to meet the goals of each individual. They will monitor your eating habits and provide support for those who struggle with food--like so many of us do. If you make the effort and follow their advice, I believe your entire well-being will improve significantly. Don't get me wrong, they will make you sweat and you will have to work, but the rewards are so worth it. Keep in mind, you are working directly with the trainer each time. They will generally have another client overlap your session, but it is essentially one-on-one training--they call it semi-private. That's what separates Repke from other places, in my opinion--their personal involvement with their clients. They told me if I did things properly, I should lose about 2 pounds per week. Well, I was 237 pounds 22 weeks ago, and I'm now down to 195 pounds--and I'm not stopping there. Do not get discouraged if you fail to get the results that I did. This is a process and those who stay within it are bound for success. If you really want to lead a more healthy and fit lifestyle, but maybe need some directive, Repke Fitness is the place to go. I have congestive heart failure. When i went looking for a personal trainer, I was looking for a trainer that would understand my need to lose weight and understand the restrictions on my physical body because of the heart failure. I was excited about Repke because Louben is a registered nurse. That meant he knew exactly what I needed to be successful. This place has an awesome environment, a good complete body workout. They all are fantastic trainers and unique in their own way. They motivate you and push you to reach your goals. Every morning I get up at 6am (mind you i'm not a morning person) excited to work with the Repke Team. They push me without overworking me. They help you to break unhealthy habits and they push you to eat better. The best part is that every workout is different. I really have started to see the change in my energy level and just how I feel overall. I've lost about 23 pounds so far but I'm certain with the help of the Repke team, I will continue to reach my goal. Worth It for sure! More...

I began training at Repke Fitness because I was not getting the results I wanted from going to the gym on my own. I've been going to Repke Fitness for a few months now and have already noticed a difference in my strength. Most of the exercises I have never done before and each workout is different so your body will not get used to the same routine. Repke Fitness has a good atmosphere and the semi-private training sessions allow every workout to be tailored to your specific goals. Although the sessions are semi-private I am usually still working one-on-one with the trainers the entire time I am there. The trainers are also very flexible so even when I needed to change the times of my workouts due to work, I was still able to come in twice a week. More...

The staff here is wonderful. They really work with you and listen to what you are wanting out of the session. They also closely monitor your nutrition as well. They are open and convenient times as well. Since I’ve started at Repke Fitness, I’ve gotten much stronger and my posture is much better. I love the fact that the workouts are always changing, it’s not just the same routine every time. It’s great to be able to work with a different trainer because they are unique and creative in their own way. They all know what my goals, limitations, and find ways to challenge me every session. Repke has been a game changer for me. Trainers create a welcoming and non judgmental environment to improve health and fitness. They meet you where you are and go from there. I hadn't been in a gym in a long time and the trainers at Repke worked with me to get comfortable again with exercise. I have seen huge gains in strength and mobility along with a large reduction in back pain over the course of the past year with them. The trainers care about your progress and success. It is fun to meet other clients as well - all of us are focused on the task, but also share stories and jokes. I have been training with Repke Fitness for about 2 months. I get bored easily with daily workouts. Repke Fitness has been anything but boring. Even though it's a semi-private session, I always feel as if I am the only person being trained. I have worked with four different trainers and each bring something different to the training which is perfect and never, ever boring. All trainers are caring, kind and patient. I receive a great workout each time I train. Repke Fitness is clean. The trainers continually wipe down the equipment during workouts. The trainers are knowledgeable and the workouts are tailored to me. The nutritional guidance provided with your sessions is instrumental in meeting my needs. I just purchased Sara's Strong.Bold.Healthy. 21-Day Meal Plan and am looking forward to beginning the program. I just completed 10 sessions and signed up for 10 more. Due to numerous surgeries I had not exercised in several years and was definitely in need of a physical activity. I visited several gyms and exercise centers, but felt that Repke Fitness was the best option to meet my needs. I am pleased that the staff is knowledgeable regarding my special condition and developed a plan that would help with my balance and endurance. Working with Repke Fitness has added another perspective into my journey for health. Back in July, I had already lost 50 pounds through making changes in my diet; however, I wanted to not only lose weight but be healthy as well. This would include incorporating movement and activity. I did join a gym but found that I would wander aimlessly, just using whatever machine looked good. After working with Repke Fitness for several months now, I have a much better understanding of exercises that I can incorporate into my regimen. Best of all, the majority of the exercises they teach are using minimal equipment so it is easy to do at home. Most importantly for me is the involvement and care that they provide. Becoming healthier and losing weight requires a change in mindset and working through emotional aspects as well as the physical. Sara, one of the personal trainers, has been an invaluable part of my journey at Repke Fitness. She has gone out of her way to provide support when I most need it. I always enjoy my workouts at Repke Fitness and I am not someone who ever thought I would enjoy working out. After I had back surgery, I was afraid to lift anything or challenge myself with workouts for fear that I would hurt my back again. I was obese and tired all of the time. I wanted to be a Marine more than anything. I trained with Louben and did my extracurricular assignments (homework) with him and lost a total of 70 lbs in four months. Making weight and ready for bootcamp. My life has literally changed for the BEST as a result of working out with Louben Repke! I started working out with him last July (2013) and have to date lost 65 plus pounds and I'm still losing and building muscle! I feel amazing, wearing clothing sizes I haven't worn since middle school! What I love so much about training sessions with Louben is that he NEVER puts me through the same routine twice. Also, Louben is not the "barking" kind of trainer. His easy-going demeanor (and awesome sense of humor) somehow still motivates me (and his other clients) to work as hard as we can and get the most out of our sessions with him. Not only has Louben been extremely instrumental in my increased physical fitness, he also assists greatly in maintaining a healthy diet, which is key! My wife and u have been going to Louben and Sara for 4 months and have seen a significant improvement in our strength, stamina, weight and diet.

They have thought us more about moderation and have encouraged us almost daily on our selections.

Both are understanding and caring about each if our progress while at the same time placing challenges in front of us all the while having fun. We do work hard during our sessions but before we know it, the time is up and are looking forward to the next session.

I started going to Repke Fitness because I had severe knee pain. I felt if I could strengthen, it would ease the pressure in my knee and reduce the pain I experienced daily. I walked in for my first session with a knee brace on each leg. I still have a long way to go, but 12 lbs down, and working around another injury, I have still been able to put those knee braces in the closet! You are truly the best at what you do! More...

In the past, focusing on myself and taking time away from my other responsibilities left me feeling guilty and seemed like an indulgence. That all changed when I was sidelined by an unlikely injury requiring surgery.

My injury provided me with absolute clarity that the cost of being injured & disabled was far greater than some expense towards healthy habits especially since it permeated all areas of my life. I started thinking differently about the person I needed to become post-injury if I was going to be successful in all realms of my life & it became clear to me that Louben was going to be a key player in my progress and eventual success.
As expected, training with Louben was the game changer- his guidance has helped me finally COMMIT to my workouts and he illuminated my eating patterns that needed to change. Breaking up with the McDonalds drive thru was a tough but necessary move.

Becoming more healthy, gaining strength & building endurance have been my goals from the beginning. Unsurprisingly, being present and committed to my overall wellbeing with healthier eating & consistent exercise habits has had the pleasant side benefit of weight loss...an amount beyond my imagination. So far I've lost a staggering 70 plus lbs, I have dropped from a size 20 to a size 10 and soon I will not need medicine for high blood pressure. I have moved away from the land-mine of excuses I used to fall back on by altering my workout times and planning them into my busy schedule while creating nutritious eating patterns that fit the everyday demands of my life as a wife, mother and nurse. Working out with Louben as my trainer has been key in my ongoing success and commitment to an improved, healthy lifestyle that has ultimately left me feeling better, stronger and more comfortable in my body than ever before.

Since joining Repke Fitness about a year ago, I have lost 44 pounds and I am in the best shape that I have been in for years! With Sarah and Louben in charge of my training I am constantly being pushed to work harder and get healthier and it is working. Repke Fitness has changed my life. I had tried everything to get back in shape after years of inactivity but nothing seemed to be working. I couldn't run because I was too heavy and every diet I tried ended when my body would rebel. So, I decided I needed real help and after looking at the web site and seeing how serious Louben was about his clients, I decided to give Repke a try.

I started with the idea of getting in shape and losing the extra weight, and will admit that the first 30 sessions saw no change in the numbers but I could tell my body was changing. There was no way I could give up with this crew; they asked questions, we looked at the types of food I ate, serving size, they were personally involved in my life and goals.

Finally, I agreed to try Sara's food plan (she can be as stubborn as me) and the rest is history. This is NOT a diet, this is a life change. Now, between the great (and fun) workouts by Rob, Sara, and Louben and following the whole food, plant based food plan (which now is normal for me), I am halfway to my goals and will never look back, Thank you Repke Fitness for believing in me.

After leaving the military I gained over 20lbs and had a very hard time getting my exercise and eating habits back on track, I wanted to lose weight but couldn't find the motivation to do it on my own. Thanks to the guidance and support of Sara, Rob, and Louben I have lost 20lbs and feel great about my progress. I came to Repke Fitness to tone up for my wedding and had a wonderful experience! I worked with a variety of trainers, all of which pushed me physically to achieve the results I wanted for my wedding. Sarah was a great asset, checking up on my eating and keeping me on track through My Fitness Pal. I worked mostly with Rob who always pushed me to get one last set in and always asked what area I was looking to work on before each workout really making it custom training. I came to Repke Fitness in late January 2018 after feeling sluggish and overweight for far too many years. I quickly found the atmosphere the Repke team creates to be warm, inviting, fun, and most importantly welcoming. I’ve never been an extremely active person so I approached working out with some hesitancy but not a session has gone by where I haven’t looked forward to it, which is definitely a first for me.

The trainers are extremely intuitive and focus on good form while getting you moving and working within your capabilities. While the weight and inches I’ve lost are significant (I’ve lost 2 dress sizes), the most exciting thing is how I feel: energized, more confident, and stronger than when I started this journey. Repke Fitness has opened my eyes to a new world that is healthier and more active and pushes me just outside of my comfort zone, all while enjoying working out with them.

To say I found the right place in Repke Fitness is an understatement. This isn’t a gym, this is an environment where folks from all activity/fitness levels feel comfortable with absolutely no judgement.

I started with Repke Fitness about a year and a half ago and after having my son at the later age of 39, I knew I would be blessed with some major changes to my body that I wasn't use to and it would be harder than ever to get back into anything that resembled "fit" for me. Having always been active and in shape, not to mention having the flexibility and time to work out in the past, I knew that would not be the case as a new mom going back to work. My gym membership was not getting used consistently because I didn't have the accountability or the diversity in workouts, exercises or classes to push me hard enough to see results or motivate me enough to keep me going consistently. I always found an excuse which left me saying, "why bother?".

Well I quickly found that my "WHY" is my son and that motivated me to search for a better solution that would help me get results, give me energy for him and of course get back into shape. I stumbled upon Repke fitness reading reviews just like these and my only regret is that I should have started sooner. Not only do I have physical goals for myself but I want to be in better health and shape to continue to watch my son grow knowing I'm already that "older mom" with hereditary genes of high blood pressure and cholesterol that have slower started to increase as I have gotten older. Repke fitness gives me the accountability that I was lacking and Louben, Sara and Rob offer something different with their unique and personalized workouts that targets what I'm focusing on. Even on the days I don't even know what areas I want to work on, they seem to know and still push me further than I thought I could go in a workout. Super friendly atmosphere and a clean, convenient location with very flexible hours for my ever changing busy schedule. AWESOME! It's been about a year since I've started focusing on not just losing weight, but getting back into being fit. Not only have I lost about 65 pounds, but I feel a lot stronger and according to the doctor I'm very healthy now.

Sure, you could just go to the gym. But having a personal trainer creates accountability, ensures that you are doing the movements correctly, won’t get hurt, and having creative workouts. For the best results, I encourage everyone to track their food. Repke will look at your food logs and give suggestions and comments. They will even help with a meal plan that works for you. Now you have accountability on your food intake, not just your workouts. Also I’m a data nerd, so I love that they are constantly tracking you. Not only weighing in, but body measurements and before-and-after photos.

The trainers are great, very knowledgeable, professional but personable, and act as a team. The other clients are friendly. The facility is always clean and inviting. The scheduling is very facilitating. The payments are great, you are not locked into anything.

Last year when I turned 40, I challenged myself to lose a certain amount of wait by my next birthday. I gave myself a year, but procrastinated until May 2017 and didn’t think I would make it. Well, I stepped on the scale this morning and to my surprise, I reached my goal. I lost 40lbs? . So proud of myself, but I couldn’t have done it without the strength from God and @repkefitness. Sara and Rob encouraged, challenged and believed in me. I am forever thankful to them. It was a tough road and I’m still a work in progress. I was able to lose 28lbs on my own then I plateaued. Sara encouraged me to try the plant based nutritional guide @strong.bold.healthy she developed and on January 1 I began another journey. Since then, I’ve lost another 12lbs. This guide is amazing and the recipes are delicious. I’m never hungry or bored with what I’m eating. UPDATE May 22 2018 - I' have been a customer of Repke Fitness for 2 years. At last weigh-in, i had lost a total of 55 lbs. I feel healthier, have more energy and sleep better at night. I have worked with all of the trainers over the past 2 years and all are very knowledgeable and motivated to help you reach your goal. They always ask what area of the body you want to work on during your session and incorporate exercises into the workout that target those areas. So glad I found these Repke Fitness! For the last 5 years I have been dealing with a chronic condition that has reduced my activity levels to that of a sloth. I knew that I needed to exercise, but was scared in case I hurt myself and made my condition worse. They do a wonderful job of working within my limitations and still giving me an effective workout. Since starting, I have more energy, sleep better (this was a real issue), and my daily activities are getting easier to navigate.

They listen well, are friendly, and work around our crazy schedule. So easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Last year I challenged myself to lose 40lbs by my next birthday. I gave myself a year, but procrastinated until 5/17. That’s when I joined Repke Fitness. I didn’t think that I would make it by the February date, but when I stepped on the scale on 2/2, to my amazement I reached my goal. I couldn’t have done it without the help of the wonderful trainers at Repke Fitness. Sara and Rob encouraged, challenged and believed in me. When I wanted to give up, they told me to hang in there and keep pushing. Sara also assisted me with a meal plan. I was able to lose 28lbs on my own, then I plateaued. Sara encouraged me to try her plant based nutritional guide and I dropped 12 lbs in one month. This has truly been an amazing experience and I now possess the tools I need to continue on my weight loss journey. If you are serious about getting healthy and strong in addition to improving your eating habits, then Repke Fitness is the place for you! ! I am someone who avoids going to the gym at all costs because I do not enjoy the routine or structure of working out. I prefer to be active doing something "fun" that doesn't feel like a workout.  Louben, Sara and Rob have completely changed the way I look at exercise and fitness because they tailor my workouts to my specific needs and goals! There is no "big gym" mentality or "cookie cutter" approach to my session. Louben is a nurse, and Sara is a nutritionist so lifestyle factors like healthy eating and a fit body are at the core of what they do for their clients! I look forward to my sessions, and have noticed dramatic improvements in my strength and endurance!! The fitness center is always clean and the equipment and "tools" they incorporate in my sessions make the workout challenging and enjoyable! Kettlebells, free weights, boxing, jump ropes, the sled...the list goes on and on.One of the most impressive things I have noticed is the wide range of clients. There are older people who are rehabbing from strokes, young people, middle-aged men and women who are trying to lose the inter-tube around their waist.Highly recommend Repke Fitness and the staff who make healthy lifestyles a priority!!! Great group of trainers to work with. My main improvement has come in strength gains and better technique on a variety of exercises outside of the big lifts I typically do. I did personal training with Repke Fitness for about 3-4 months and I loved it! Their personal trainers and facility really made everything easy to reach my fitness goals. They have a beautiful facility with top notch equipment. They are very attentive through every step of the personal training process, from interviewing current health and goals, setting up diet tracking, and executing specific exercises one-on-one to achieve desired results. AWESOME! Sure, you could just go to the gym. But having a personal trainer creates accountability, ensures that you are doing the movements correctly, won’t get hurt, and having creative workouts. For the best results, I encourage everyone to track their food. Repke will look at your food logs and give suggestions and comments. They will even help with a meal plan that works for you. Now you have accountability on your food intake, not just your workouts. Also I’m a data nerd, so I love that they are constantly tracking you. Not only weighing in, but body measurements and before-and-after photos.

The trainers are great, very knowledgeable, professional but personable, and act as a team. The other clients are friendly. The facility is always clean and inviting. The scheduling is very facilitating. The payments are great, you are not locked into anything.

I went to Repke to focus on my legs and core. They personally get to know every client, discuss their goals, and demonstrate each exercise to show proper form. The exercises definitely targeted the areas I wanted to work on. The trainers at Repke make it fun and mix it up so you enjoy the workout. They make sure you have a well balanced training session- I always end up sore the next day… but in a good way. :) More...

I really enjoy Repke because:

Personal trainer, Sara pushes me in a good way. She keeps tracks of my nutrients too which is very important. I lost about 12 pounds because of her :) Sara is AWESOME and pretty~
Time goes fast. I really enjoy talking to personal trainers and other clients there.
Repke has a good atmosphere.
It is more intimate. I attend LA Fitness as well and was consider getting a personal trainer there but I felt uncomfortable that there were many other people there (people who are working out on their own and those who are getting trained)
They play good music.
They give rewards. Every time you lose 10 pounds, you get a free session.
It is clean there and easy to park.
