This is the best place for personal training--hands down.It's serious business, and the trainers know their stuff...they are very knowledgeable and set up custom programs to reach your goals while accommodating your individual needs or restrictions. Repke has been a game changer for me. Trainers create a welcoming and non judgmental environment to improve health and fitness. They meet you where you are and go from there. I hadn't been in a gym in a long time and the trainers at Repke worked with me to get comfortable again with exercise. I have seen huge gains in strength and mobility along with a large reduction in back pain over the course of the past year with them. The trainers care about your progress and success. It is fun to meet other clients as well - all of us are focused on the task, but also share stories and jokes. If you are serious about getting healthy and strong in addition to improving your eating habits, then Repke Fitness is the place for you! ! I am someone who avoids going to the gym at all costs because I do not enjoy the routine or structure of working out. I prefer to be active doing something "fun" that doesn't feel like a workout.  Louben, Sara and Rob have completely changed the way I look at exercise and fitness because they tailor my workouts to my specific needs and goals! There is no "big gym" mentality or "cookie cutter" approach to my session. Louben is a nurse, and Sara is a nutritionist so lifestyle factors like healthy eating and a fit body are at the core of what they do for their clients! I look forward to my sessions, and have noticed dramatic improvements in my strength and endurance!! The fitness center is always clean and the equipment and "tools" they incorporate in my sessions make the workout challenging and enjoyable! Kettlebells, free weights, boxing, jump ropes, the sled...the list goes on and on.One of the most impressive things I have noticed is the wide range of clients. There are older people who are rehabbing from strokes, young people, middle-aged men and women who are trying to lose the inter-tube around their waist.Highly recommend Repke Fitness and the staff who make healthy lifestyles a priority!!! After leaving the military I gained over 20lbs and had a very hard time getting my exercise and eating habits back on track, I wanted to lose weight but couldn't find the motivation to do it on my own. Thanks to the guidance and support of Sara, Rob, and Louben I have lost 20lbs and feel great about my progress. I've tried personal training in traditional gyms and didn't have a great experience, but Repke Fitness is different, it's a really supportive and inviting atmosphere. Repke Fitness has changed my life. I had tried everything to get back in shape after years of inactivity but nothing seemed to be working. I couldn't run because I was too heavy and every diet I tried ended when my body would rebel. So, I decided I needed real help and after looking at the web site and seeing how serious Louben was about his clients, I decided to give Repke a try. I started with the idea of getting in shape and losing the extra weight, and will admit that the first 30 sessions saw no change in the numbers but I could tell my body was changing. There was no way I could give up with this crew; they asked questions, we looked at the types of food I ate, serving size, they were personally involved in my life and goals. Finally, I agreed to try Sara's food plan (she can be as stubborn as me) and the rest is history. This is NOT a diet, this is a life change. Now, between the great (and fun) workouts by Rob, Sara, and Louben and following the whole food, plant based food plan (which now is normal for me), I am halfway to my goals and will never look back, Thank you Repke Fitness for believing in me. It goes without saying that the trainers at Repke Fitness are in ridiculously good shape, but as I quickly found out, they also excel as motivators and teachers. The facilities are clean and immaculate. The people, right down to the coaches and clients, are awesome, and there's no meathead vibe that's common with other gyms. The atmosphere is open, positive and fun. These workouts are physically challenging, but if you can handle that, you'll get in freaking good shape. I started going here because I needed that extra "Push" all of us need from time to time. That was back in February of 2017. I've been going twice a week since then and working with the owner, a nice fellow named Louben Repke, in 1 on 1 private sessions.I'm beyond pleased with the results I've gotten back. I'm in the best shape I've been in years and I never thought I'd say this, but I actually look forward to the workouts lol. The trainers do a fantastic job of tailoring each workout to match the level of fitness and goals of each individual client. It's not a "one-size-fits-all" kind of place that's for sure. That's something I noticed right away and really liked. The workouts are designed to take you along in baby steps. They don't try to kill you right out of the gate. Workouts can be physically demanding, or super basic depending on your wants and needs.  All my workout sessions have been very focused, with an easy to understand method of instruction that makes doing each exercise fun and interesting. It's very system driven. Training sessions are laid out in such a way that you'll remember them and be able to do on your own, at home or traveling on the road.  I didn't learn twenty variations of the bench press or anything like that. There is a definite emphasis on the best lifting and cardio exercises with a proven track record of success. The trainers also stress using solid technique and execution rather than going as fast as you can through each movement, which is how so many people (Myself included) get hurt and stop working out.I love this place and can't say enough good things about them. Since joining Repke Fitness about a year ago, I have lost 44 pounds and I am in the best shape that I have been in for years! With Sarah and Louben in charge of my training I am constantly being pushed to work harder and get healthier and it is working. My husband and I work out twice a week at Repke. We have been coming for just over a year and have made tremendous headway in our health! We've lost weight (and continue to do so!), changed our mindset about what is healthy eating for our bodies, and gotten very strong! I always enjoy my workouts at Repke Fitness and I am not someone who ever thought I would enjoy working out. After I had back surgery, I was afraid to lift anything or challenge myself with workouts for fear that I would hurt my back again. I started going to Repke Fitness because I had severe knee pain. I felt if I could strengthen, it would ease the pressure in my knee and reduce the pain I experienced daily. I walked in for my first session with a knee brace on each leg. I still have a long way to go, but 12 lbs down, and working around another injury, I have still been able to put those knee braces in the closet! You are truly the best at what you do! More...

I'm in my mid-forties and was having a tough time getting fit and losing the weight and inches I wanted to lose....until I started training at Repke fitness. In the past, focusing on myself and taking time away from my other responsibilities left me feeling guilty and seemed like an indulgence. That all changed when I was sidelined by an unlikely injury requiring surgery. My injury provided me with absolute clarity that the cost of being injured & disabled was far greater than some expense towards healthy habits especially since it permeated all areas of my life. I started thinking differently about the person I needed to become post-injury if I was going to be successful in all realms of my life & it became clear to me that Louben was going to be a key player in my progress and eventual success. As expected, training with Louben was the game changer- his guidance has helped me finally COMMIT to my workouts and he illuminated my eating patterns that needed to change. Breaking up with the McDonalds drive thru was a tough but necessary move. Becoming more healthy, gaining strength & building endurance have been my goals from the beginning. Unsurprisingly, being present and committed to my overall wellbeing with healthier eating & consistent exercise habits has had the pleasant side benefit of weight loss...an amount beyond my imagination. So far I've lost a staggering 70 plus lbs, I have dropped from a size 20 to a size 10 and soon I will not need medicine for high blood pressure. I have moved away from the land-mine of excuses I used to fall back on by altering my workout times and planning them into my busy schedule while creating nutritious eating patterns that fit the everyday demands of my life as a wife, mother and nurse. Working out with Louben as my trainer has been key in my ongoing success and commitment to an improved, healthy lifestyle that has ultimately left me feeling better, stronger and more comfortable in my body than ever before. ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A PERSONAL TRAINER TO HELP YOU, LOOSE WEIGHT, GET TONE, HELP WITH YOUR CORE, LOUBEN REPKE OF REPKE FITNESS IS THE BEST CPT IN THE AREA! !!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have been going to Repke Fitness ever since Jan 21st. I got 10 sessions from my mother in law. I wanted to lose weight. I started at 321lbs as of today 4/23/2015 I am 295, this is with multiple trips for work. So I have fluctuated up and down slightly. Louben Repke, the CPT is amazing he works with you. I have a bad back and he works with me and give me exercises that make it so that I can work out without pain (other than the normal workout strain on your muscles) I started with him wanting to get down to 250 or less. If I keep up my current pace I am going to get there. The one thing that I love about Louben is he is a nurse as well, who will monitor what you eat as well to help you. His rates are SUPER comparable\Reasonable. When you go to his location you are not going to a large gym with tons of ppl. The most I have ever had was 1-2 other ppl in the gym when I get there. I would and DO!!! Recommend people to Repke Fitness any time I can. If you don’t believe me give him a shot and see for yourself. REPKE FITNESS HAS UNBEATABLE PRICES AND THE TRAINER CAN NOT MATCHED BY ANY OTHER IN THE AREA! More...

I was obese and tired all of the time. I wanted to be a Marine more than anything. I trained with Louben and did my extracurricular assignments (homework) with him and lost a total of 70 lbs in four months. Making weight and ready for bootcamp. I've had many trainers but he shows his dedication by keeping you on track while you're at home too. Any time I had a question about diet he was always quick to respond back. Now that's dedication! My life has literally changed for the BEST as a result of working out with Louben Repke! I started working out with him last July (2013) and have to date lost 65 plus pounds and I'm still losing and building muscle! I feel amazing, wearing clothing sizes I haven't worn since middle school! What I love so much about training sessions with Louben is that he NEVER puts me through the same routine twice. Also, Louben is not the "barking" kind of trainer. His easy-going demeanor (and awesome sense of humor) somehow still motivates me (and his other clients) to work as hard as we can and get the most out of our sessions with him. Not only has Louben been extremely instrumental in my increased physical fitness, he also assists greatly in maintaining a healthy diet, which is key! I absolutely am so grateful for his knowledge and skill and recommend him to anyone ready and willing to make the best change of their lives! Every client presents a unique journey in order to achieve their fitness goals. I take the time to listen to your goals in order to put together a program that you are comfortable with, but also one that will help you achieve your goals.

With all of the information out there today, specifically on social media, it may seem impossible achieving the body of your dreams. You may have been sold on supplements, programs, exercises, meal timing, carbs, etc. etc. but you still haven't seen the results you we're promised. The "secret" to getting the body of your dreams is consistency, hard work, and patience. Everyone's fitness journey is full of ups and downs. As long as you're consistent with sticking to a program and with nutrition, you will see the results. It may take time, so you will have to be patient.

I love interacting with different people everyday. Everyone has a different story to tell and I love learning about my clients and their lives. The relationships I develop with my clients are priceless and it brings me great joy. I also love watching my clients grow both physically and mentally and how much joy it brings them. Being part of their life and fitness journey is rewarding in so many ways.
