From our first meeting, Chris made me feel comfortable with his vivacious personality, knowledge of the body and passion for training. Chris is an excellent trainer! In our first session, he listened to my goals and did a thorough assessment of my strengths and weaknesses and then built a custom program tailored to me.
As we progressed, he continued to adjust and adapt my program. Each training session felt uniquely designed to support me.
He really knows his stuff too; he could watch me do one rep and know how I was over/under compensating and give me the perfect fix. I help my clients achieve their fitness goals through a scientific and systematic approach to Fitness training.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
There's no real secret, consistency is the only way to achieve the body you want. I will meet you where you currently are and together develop the habits to achieve those goals.
What do you love most about your job?
My favorite part of what I do, is when I have a client feel a certain part of the body for the first time, or when I hear clients say this is the first time I've been able to work out without pain in this area.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I felt like I needed to take care of clients using my methodology and approach. I truly want to give every client have 100% of my attention. Working in a big box gym did not allot me that privilege.

I believe that I have my clients best interest in mind. I extentially research and study every week to refine and advance my knowledge so that I can share and help guide my clients in the best and most scientifically proven way.

My remote coaching tends to be suited to body transformation clients. Specifically men or women in their mid to late thirties that want to either lose weight or add muscle. Either at home or in gym.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
The changes I have made overall, are I have been vaccinated. I carry a mask with me everywhere I go, and and will wear my mask while training my clients if they request. I also maintain a healthy distance whenever possible.
