What do you love most about your job?
I love helping businesses to make sense of social media. Because it is changing almost daily, I spend my days learning about trends and techniques to help you make the most out of your social media for your business. I'm a happy researcher and love learning new things every day!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in insurance and found they were getting ripped off by a social media management company that wasn't doing hardly anything. I offered to take it over, started learning everything I could, and fell in love with helping business owners in this confusing field. Once I started talking about what I did for the insurance company, other businesses asked me to take them on, as well, and the business formed naturally.
